Fillies’ Mile Tips 2024: More Group 1 glory for red-hot duo?

The feature race at Newmarket on Friday for the opening card of the Future Champions Festival is the Fillies' Mile, due off at 15:35.
A field of seven has been declared for the Group 1 contest, so my Fillies' Mile Tips focuses on just one of four unbeaten horses in the lineup.
Fillies' Mile Tips 2024
- Tabiti @ 5/1
This rates a fascinating and potentially high-class renewal of the Fillies' Mile, with four of the seven hopefuls - namely Desert Flower, Dreamy, Tabiti and Anna Swan - bringing unbeaten records to the table.
Unsurprisingly, it's those who dominate the Fillies' Mile Odds at time of publication.
Charlie Appleby's Desert Flower heads the market after a straightforward success in the G2 May Hill Stakes at last month's Betfred St Leger Festival. She looks another top prospect in the royal blue of Godolphin who has every chance of making it 4-4 on Friday.
Similar comments apply to Dreamy, for Aidan O'Brien, who on just her second start won a Group 3 at the Curragh with little fuss. Ryan Moore opting to ride stablemate January instead is a bit of a concern, but Tom Marquand is an excellent deputy and this American Pharoah filly boasts fair potential.
Sir Michael Stoute's Anna Swan, sporting the red, white and blue silks of Cheveley Park, hasn't achieved as much as the aforementioned two, but she's beaten what was put in front of her very easily and I'm sure we've seen nowhere near the best of her yet.
I couldn't put you off any of them, but as far as I'm concerned the best bet is TABITI for Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe heroes Ralph Beckett and Rossa Ryan.
The Juddmonte-owned daughter of Kingman was a highly-impressive winner on her debut over seven furlongs on the July Course here in August, beating a decent-looking field with ease. She made a big impression on me that day.
Connections then sent her to Salisbury for a Group 3 over six furlongs. It's testament to her ability that she was able to win, for she clearly didn't enjoy the trip.
She now steps up to a mile, which really ought to suit on the evidence of her racecourse debut, when she was doing all her best work in the latter stages of the contest.
Her trainer and jockey have been outstanding all year and are particularly hot at the moment, and it's well worth chancing they can dine at the top table once again here.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
