Ffos Las Tips: Hoping for a good Adaay on Friday

We are spoilt for choice when it comes to UK and Irish race meetings in Friday as there are eight options available to us. For the second time this week, I'm interested in the action taking place at Ffos Las, with a six-race card in store.
As usual I will provide what I consider to be the three best bets of the day, and you will find my Ffos Las Tips below.
Ffos Las Tips - Friday, August 29

13:25 - Four Adaay @ 11/4
This Class 6 handicap over 5f gets us underway on Friday and there are seven runners declared for this contest. Form is an issue for most of the horses heading to Wales on Friday but I think there are two who come here with decent claims.
One is Son of Astar, who was a C&D victor last month, and the other is FOUR ADAAY for Rod Millman's yard. The seven-year-old mare is hoping to end an 18-run winless streak on Friday, and her recent performances suggest she may not be too far away from getting back on track.
The daughter of Adaay has placed second in three of her past four starts which range between 5f and 6f. Softer ground, which looks to be on the cards, won't faze her, whereas it may disrupt her closest rival - so I will give her the edge.

14:25 - Bintalina @ 11/2
Roger Varian-trained BINTALINA is declared for this Stakes contest over 1m and this three-year-old filly is bidding to claim her maiden victory. Her first four starts have been mixed but she has posted two second-place finishes at Bath (1m) and Salisbury (1m 2f).
The daughter of Dubawi is in need of a response at Ffos Las, which she is visiting for the first time, as she was well held on her handicap debut at Sandown last time out.
Silvestre De Sousa, who has been on board for her past three runs, is booked for this ride which can aid her cause.

15:27 - Penn Avenue @ 6/5
The penultimate race of the day is where I round off my selections and PENN AVENUE is the runner who has my backing in this Class 6 handicap over 1m 2f. The three-year-old filly is representing Daniel and Claire Kubler's yard and her recent form has been impressive.
She got off the mark at Lingfield (1m 1f) last month, while there have also been two second-place finishes (Catterick 1m 4f and Wetherby 1m) and one third (Chelmsford 1m 2f) in her previous five starts.
Penn Avenue is up 3lb for Friday's contest but it shouldn't have too much of an impact. I think she will be a big player here especially being back in trip.
