The Champion Bumper is the final race on day two of the 2025 Cheltenham Festival, and 18 runners have been declared for the most prestigious flat race in the National Hunt calendar.

Champion Bumper Odds

Copacabana @ 5/2

Copacabana currently leads the betting at 5/2, and is the choice of Patrick Mullins. He was very impressive on the eye when winning at Navan in February.

All signs point to a bright future for the five-year-old, potentially starting on Wednesday afternoon.

Gameofinches @ 4/1

Another Mullins entry next with Gameofinches at 4s, and he's another Closutton inmate that looks like a potential superstar.

He travelled sweetly at Punchestown, having fallen in a strong-looking debut. As a result, he shot to the top of the Champion Bumper betting, but with just one run under his belt, it could be argued he lacks the experience to go all the way here, though stablemate Jasmin De Vaux was successful in this race last year with a similar prep.

Kalypso'chance @ 11/2

Kalypso’chance is third in the betting at 11/2, and is unbeaten in three starts, the third of them coming in a Listed race at Navan just before Christmas. He’s seemingly been saved for this since, and is the joint top-rated horse in the race.

Jack Kennedy is the jockey for this Gordon Elliott-trained horse, and they'll be hoping to go one better than last year after notching second with Romeo Coolio.

Bambino Fever @ 13/2

Bambino Fever won comfortably at the Dublin Racing Festival last month and mares tend to have a decent record in the Champion Bumper, with the likes of Relegate and Fayonagh winning the race in previous years.

Saves her best stuff for softer ground and at 13/2 could be an decent each-way chance.

Aqua Force @ 12/1

Another entry for Mullins here in the form of Aqua Force at 12/1. The six-year-old mare won on her debut at Gowran Park, going off at 20/1.

After that victory, she was sold for a six-figure fee to JP McManus and has been included in Mullins' eight-strong squad for this Champion Bumper. Her pedigree gives huge hope for the future, given she's related to former 10-length Supreme Novices' Hurdle winner Back In Front.

No Drama This End @ 14/1

Paul Nicholls' only runner on day two and it comes in the Champion Bumper in No Drama This End.

He looked very good on his bumper debut at Warwick at the end of December - a race he won comfortably. Looks a big step up in class, but with softer ground, could be an outside chance.

This is an Extra Place Race, meaning that Betfred will pay 4 Places (1/5 Odds) instead of 3.
