Beverley Tips: Five-timer on the cards for Zappata

All eyes will be on East Yorkshire on Tuesday as Beverley prepares to host six races on the Flat, the action running from 14:12 until 16:42.
The going is expected to be good to firm, good in places, and you can find my Beverley tips below.

14:42 - Larchill Lass @ 1/1
A field of seven are due to go to post for the Clearanswer Call Centres Selling Stakes at 14:42 over five furlongs and LARCHILL LASS, last seen at Beverley last week when finishing fifth to Hundred Caps in an 11-runner contest, looks primed to strike.
Michael and David Easterby's mount has raced just twice this spring since joining their stable at the start of April and they will hope it is a case of third time lucky.
Larchill Lass finished sixth on debut for connections at Ripon in April, before going one better at Beverley last week.
Returning to the East Yorkshire venue, first-time cheekpieces will be applied for Tuesday's run and that could make all the difference against average opposition.

15:42 - Alfie Boy @ 3/1
They will race over one mile in the fourth race of the day at Beverley and ALFIE BOY, seeking a hat-trick for connections, is the one to side with.
Tim Easterby's runner was given a 136-day break between November and April before returning at Redcar. He finished fourth at 12/1 in a competitive 13-runner race over seven furlongs before landing the spoils at Beverley last month.
Alfie Boy beat Hostelry by two lengths on that occasion and then followed it up by winning at Ayr on May 1. That success was another over the one-mile trip and he should be able to land the spoils once again, especially if he is allowed to take the lead from the outset.

16:12 - Zappata @ 11/10
George Scott's ZAPPATA will steal the headlines on Tuesday, if he can pick up the win in the penultimate race at 16:12.
Connections of the three-year-old have been in dreamland for the last few weeks, with the son of Oasis Dream winning four races in a row.
Zappata started his career at Wolverhampton in March, but he could only finish as high as fifth after two runs at the Midlands track. Another run on the All-Weather at Kempton soon followed, only for Scott's charge to finish sixth.
He returned in April at Yarmouth, finishing second to Makes Me Wonder, but the switch to grass has brought another level out of Zappata.
Scott's decision to apply cheekpieces to his charge has produced wins at Wetherby, Redcar, Bath and Ripon since the end of April.
All of his victories have come over one mile, but the step up to 1m2f should not pose too many problems against a field that has struggled to win.
