Wolves earned the right to take Brentford back to Molineux with a rearguard action at the Gtech Community Stadium earlier this month and will now look to finish the job in Tuesday's FA Cup third-round replay.

Reduced to 10 men from the ninth minute when Joao Gomes was sent off, Gary O'Neil's side secured a 1-1 draw in West London thanks to Tommy Doyle's powerful strike, which was their only shot on target of the match.

  • Pedro Neto to score anytime @ 13/5

Team News

Without suspended Gomes and Mario Lemina, who misses out for personal reasons, O'Neil could recall Joe Hodge in midfield or drop Jean-Ricner Bellegarde into a deeper role and bring Pedro Neto in for his start since October.

Boubacar Traore, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Hwang Hee-chan are on international duty, while Jonny remains out of the first-team picture for the time being.

As for Brentford, they will be denied the services of striker Ivan Toney until a day after the replay.

Ben Mee is also suspended while Rico Henry, Bryan Mbeumo, Aaron Hickey, Kevin Schade and Kristoffer Ajer are injured. Yoane Wissa, Frank Onyeka and Saman Ghoddos are at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Match Odds

Wolves are a shade of odds-on at 19/20 to secure their passage to the fourth round without the need for extra-time.

The Bees, who have lost their last four away games, are 11/4 for the win, with the draw at 13/5.

Both teams to score, which has landed in both previous encounters between these sides this season, is available at 8/11 while it's Evens at least one fails to find the net and over 3.5 total goals is on offer at 9/4.

Wolves and Over 1.5 goals @ 7/5

There's a huge incentive for Wolves to progress as Black Country rivals West Brom await the winners of this tie in round four.

Gary O'Neil's side put in a great shift to claim a draw at Brentford with 10 men for more than 80 minutes and were easily the better side with a full complement when running out 4-1 winners at the Gtech Community Stadium in the Premier League last month.

Brentford are struggling badly at the moment and must be seriously concerned that their Premier League status could be in jeopardy after three years in the top flight.

The return of Toney from suspension cannot come soon enough, although it is not in time for this game and boss Thomas Frank will be just as worried by their awful defensive record.

The Bees have conceded two or more goals in six of their last 10 games as injuries and suspensions have bitten hard at the back.

Meanwhile, Wolves have scored multiple goals in four of their last six home games and despite the loss of Hwang this month they should be able to create enough chances to secure victory with Neto back in the line-up.

Wolves and over 1.5 goals at 7/5

Pedro Neto to score anytime @ 13/5

The Portuguese star looks a great pick to get on the scoresheet this week after he came off the bench to tee up the equaliser for Doyle in the original game.

Right-winger Neto has eight assists in all competitions now and while he has managed only one goal in 10 starts for the club this season, Brentford could be the perfect opponent for him to double that tally.

The Bees are short on cover at left-back after injuries to Henry and Hickey and those struggles are showing in how many goals they have conceded to right-sided attackers in the last few weeks.

Mohamed Salah scored twice in Liverpool's 3-0 win at Anfield, Michael Olise bagged a brace in Palace's recent 3-1 win and even full-back Jack Hinshelwood notched in Brighton's 2-1 home win in December.

Pedro Neto to score anytime at 13/5
