West Ham have had a successful season so far in the Premier League and will be aiming to carry that form into the FA Cup when they host Bristol City on Sunday.

The visitors are aiming for the Championship play-offs but face a tough challenge when they head to the London Stadium.

  • Jarrod Bowen to score at anytime @ 11/8

Team News

West Ham duo Mohammed Kudus and Nayef Aguerd are away at the Africa Cup of Nations, while Thilo Kherer joined Monaco on loan on Friday. Lucas Paqueta (knee), Michail Antonio (knee), Kurt Zouma (knee) and Vladimir Coufal (illness) are all doubts for this game.

For the Robins, Mark Sykes (unspecified), Kai Naismith (hamstring), Rob Atkinson (knee) and Ayman Benarous (hamstring) are all injured. Haydon Roberts has returned from an ankle injury and may feature for Liam Manning's men.

Match Odds

West Ham can be backed at 2/5 for the victory, while Bristol City are 7/1 outsiders and the draw is available at 18/5

West Ham win to nil @ 5/4

West Ham have had a solid campaign, sitting sixth in the Premier League and winning five of their six Europa League matches to top their group.

The Hammers' defensive solidity has been on show recently, keeping five clean sheets in their last six matches in all competitions.

At least one team has failed to score in their last five league games and they are fancied to record a comfortable success in this cup clash.

David Moyes' men are unbeaten in their last eight home games in all competitions and are expected to get the better of a Bristol City side still finding their feet under new manager Manning.

The visitors have lost five away games already this term and have struggled to find the net, with their 30 goals scored is the lowest in the top half of the Championship.

Their lack of attacking edge could again prove an issue, and West Ham to win to nil looks a handy price.

Jarrod Bowen to score at anytime @ 11/8

West Ham look set to be without some of their attacking stars for this clash, with Kudus absent and Paqueta and Antonio doubts.

Jarrod Bowen is, therefore, almost certain to feature and he can add to his tally of 13 goals in all competitions.

The forward is the Hammers' top scorer and should pose a major threat to a City back-line that may struggle.

His quality has proven too much for several Premier League defences this season and Sunday's Championship opposition could struggle to live with his pace and movement.
