After their win at Old Trafford on Sunday, Arsenal are now desperate for their fiercest rivals Tottenham Hotspur to do them a favour as they host Manchester City on Tuesday night (20:00, Sky Sports Main Event). The Gunners need City to drop points at some point, and given their struggles against Spurs on the road in the past, it is expected to be an intriguing clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

If Aston Villa can beat Liverpool on Monday night, then Tottenham’s top four hopes will be extinguished and this game will take on a very strange feel. The home fans may even start cheering Man City goals if they have nothing to play for. Anyway, below you can find my Tottenham vs Man City Bet Builder Tips for this huge clash.

Tottenham vs Man City Bet Builder Tips

Man City to win

I can’t see anything other than an away win here. City are in superb form, and they haven’t lost a league game since December 6. That’s why they are in pole position to win the title, and after smashing Fulham 4-0 last time out, they now only need two more wins.

Two more wins against a Tottenham outfit whose fans don’t even want them to win, and at home against West Ham on the final day is a fairly straightforward run-in. Pep Guardiola’s just don’t slip up at this stage of the season, and against a Tottenham side struggling for form, they shouldn’t have too many difficulties.

Over 3.5 goals

I’m also expecting there to be plenty of goals on Tuesday night. Spurs have been leaking goals and have conceded 14 in their last five games, while four of their last six have seen over 3.5 goals.

Meanwhile City have seen over 3.5 goals in six of their last seven matches and shouldn’t have any trouble tearing this dodgy Spurs defence to pieces. Both of these teams possess a huge amount of attacking quality and City will want to put on a show as they charge towards another title. Spurs’ high line is also likely to cause them problems on home soil…

Erling Haaland to score

Haaland hasn’t been as prolific as he was last term, but he is still on course to win the Golden Boot - unless Cole Palmer scores at least four in Chelsea’s final two matches. However, I think Haaland will add to his total of 25 with at least one goal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as Ange Postecoglou’s aggressive playing style could play into his hands.

The two centre-backs - Micky Van de Ven and Cristian Romero - play extremely high, and Haaland’s runs in behind could cause chaos. He’s too quick and powerful to be caught, and should be able to find the net in a comfortable away win.

Over 9.5 corners

A little corner bet to boost our odds, and I’m playing it safe. City have registered seven, six, five, four, 12 and nine corners in their past six matches, while Spurs are usually in matches with plenty of corners.

They had nine against Burnley last time out, while there have been over 9.5 corners in each of their last seven Premier League matches. They conceded a ridiculous 16 corners against Newcastle, and I think this match, with both teams wanting to attack, should see plenty of corner kicks.
