Swansea have the chance to win a first home game since October 4th when Hull City visit South Wales on Saturday afternoon (15:00).

The Swans have lost two and drawn one of their last three games at the Swansea.com Stadium, and a run of one win in five games has left them 17th in the Championship table heading into the weekend.

Their form is in stark contrast to Hull, who have won three of their last four, including their last two away, to push up to eighth and level on points with Sunderland who occupy the final play-off spot.

Swansea vs Hull Betting Tips:

  • Hull to win @ 7/4
  • Under 2.5 goals @ 8/11

Team News

Liam Cullen will miss this game after receiving a red card in Swansea's last game at Ipswich Town, but on-loan Arsenal midfielder Charlie Patino returns after serving a suspension of his own against the Tractor Boys.

Meanwhile, the visitors expect to welcome back Adama Traore and Regan Slater this weekend, though Jason Lokilo is a doubt.

Match Odds

Swansea are considered slight favourites to win at 7/5, while an away win can be backed at 7/4. A draw is priced at 21/10.

Both teams to score is 4/5, and it's 5/1 for a repeat of the last meeting between the two, a 1-1 draw in April.

Hull to win @ 7/4

The Tigers have divided their points equally this season, picking up 13 apiece home and away. They've actually won more games on their travels (four), and only Leicester City, Ipswich and Southampton have secured more away points in the Championship.

Liam Rosenior's side will relish the opportunity to claim another three points on Saturday, with only Millwall, Sheffield Wednesday and QPR worse off than Swansea at home (nine points in eight games).

The Swans have won just twice at their own stadium, against Norwich City and Sheffield Wednesday, and those two clubs currently sit 16th and 24th, respectively, in the league table.

Michael Duff's side have continually failed to make home advantage count and, at 7/4, Hull are decent value to continue their push for the play-offs.

Under 2.5 goals @ 8/11

The goals haven't exactly been flowing at the Swansea.com Stadium in 2023/24, with just the 18 goals - nine for and against the Swans - scored in SA1.

The last two games have been particularly lacking, with a 1-0 defeat to Watford followed up by a goalless draw against Sunderland. Their attack is further blunted by the absence of Cullen, who has two goals and two assists in the league this season.

Two of Hull's away wins this season have had under 2.5 goals, and I see this being another low-scoring game here.
