Team News
Inter have suffered a blow heading into the Milan derby with the news Denzel Dumfries will miss out having picked up an ankle injury while on international duty with the Netherlands.
The Dutchman joins fellow wing-back Matteo Darmian on the sidelines, along with Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Cristian Chivu may have to play left-footer Carlos Augusto at right-back in the absence of Dumfries and Darmian rather than elect to change the set-up to deal with the setback.
While Inter have been depleted at the back, Milan's strike options have been dented with Santiago Gimenez still out of action with an ankle issue.
Last time out Alexis Saelemaekers led the line and scored against Parma and this may be a tactic Massimiliano Allegri elects to stick with.
Elsewhere, Adrien Rabiot has returned to training and could partner Luka Modric in the centre of midfield.

Inter Milan vs AC Milan Stats
- Inter Milan haven't lost at San Siro since August
- Ange-Yoan Bonny has scored four league goals so far this term
Inter Milan to win @ 19/20
Inter have not lost at the San Siro since being beaten by Udinese back in August and will be the home team when they face ground-sharing foes Milan on Sunday.
The stadium will be packed out with Nerazzurri supporters and so this will give the Serie A leaders an advantage when it comes to the day of the game.
While Inter have been defeated three times this league campaign, also losing at Napoli and Juventus, Milan have actually only been beaten on one occasion, suffering a shock opening-day defeat by newly-promoted Cremonese.
However, the Rossoneri are third and not at the summit having drawn four of their last six matches. Being hard to beat has kept Allegri's side in the hunt for first spot though and Milan can overtake Inter with a victory.
Saying that, Inter appear too strong, even with Chivu perhaps having to play square pegs in round holes due to the injury Dumfries picked up while away with the Netherlands.

Ange-Yoan Bonny anytime goalscorer @ 8/5
Ange-Yoan Bonny joined Inter this summer, following his old boss Chivu from Parma to the San Siro and has impressed for the Nerazzurri.
The France Under-21 international has scored four league goals this season. Netting in a 5-0 win over Torino in August, Bonny then scored and set up three more in a 4-1 win over Cremonese before grabbing the crucial winner against title rivals Roma.
Last time out, the forward started and got on the scoresheet in a 2-0 win over Lazio and it could well be that he has found his shooting boots.
Now with the Milan derby to come, Bonny will be hoping to grab more headlines with a goal in such an iconic fixture at the top of the Serie A table.
Bonny has been handed plenty of starts, but has sometimes come on from the bench and so it may be wise to back the striker to net anytime as opposed to first.
Alternatively, Hakan Calhanoglu is Inter's regular penalty taker and actually tops the Serie A scoring charts with five goals this term so could be another pick to make himself a hero against Milan.
