Scottish Football Accumulator Tips:

  • Back Hibs to beat Motherwell @ 5/6
  • Back Hearts to beat Livingston @ 19/20
  • Back Aberdeen to beat Ross County @ 5/4

Leg 1 - Hibs to beat Motherwell @ 5/6

We begin our midweek 7/1 treble at Easter Road in the capital, where Hibs welcome Motherwell. The hosts start the year in sixth with their stats showing six wins, six draws, and seven defeats, with 24 goals scored and 27 conceded.

A European finish is the aim, but there’s much work to do on that front. Hibs have lost three of their last four and each of their previous two, but we’re backing them to bounce back against lowly Motherwell.

The Steelmen arrive in Edinburgh stuck down in eighth position, with their league form showing four wins and seven draws against nine defeats, with 23 goals scored and 32 conceded.

Motherwell has won just one of their last five attempts, with the spare a 3-1 home in over bottom club Livingston. We expect Hibs to use home advantage to collect a valuable three points and send the fans home happy for a change.

Leg 2 - Hearts to beat Livingston @ 19/20

The other half of the Edinburgh footballing divide travels to West Lothian as Hearts meet Livingston at Almondvale. The Jambos arrive third in the table and enjoy an extended unbeaten run consisting of three wins and a draw.

Steven Naismith’s side followed a hattrick of victories with a battling four-goal draw at home to Ross County on Saturday. They now appear to have the perfect opportunity to finish with a win.

Livingston is the home team for this fixture, but it hasn’t done them too much good so far this season, with the Lions proving toothless in their opening 20 games.

They are rooted to the bottom of the Scottish Premiership, with their stats showing Livi has won just two games this term, conceding 30 goals. They’ve taken two points from the last 15 available, and we’re happy to oppose Livingston until they show us more.

Leg 3 - Aberdeen to beat Ross County @ 5/4

We wrap things up with an intriguing game involving Ross County and Aberdeen. When Dons fans take stock of the season during the winter break, they’ll be disappointed with how things have gone under Barry Robson.

Aberdeen lost the League Cup final 1-0 to Rangers and start this game ninth in the Premiership, one point above the relegation zone. But we expect better times for the hosts now they’re out of the Europa Conference League and can concentrate on climbing the table.

Aberdeen has won two of their last three and will fancy their chances against a Ross County side that has been inactive of late, are winless in three, and have just one team beneath them in the pecking order.

The Staggies have lost back-to-back games against St Mirren and Dundee before earning that draw at Tynecastle at the weekend. Add the Dons to your midweek multiples at a nice price.
