Kilmarnock beat Ross County

Kilmarnock impressed less than a week ago when battling to a 1-0 win over Rangers at Rugby Park. That was only Killie’s second win of the season, but it came hot on the heels of a 3-2 victory at Dens Park, suggesting they’re finally moving in the right direction.

Experienced manager Derek McInnes now takes his troops to Dingwall and we fancy them to beat a Ross County side that is winless in four and has lost its last two. Back the visitors.

Aberdeen beat Dundee Utd

With Celtic visiting Motherwell on Sunday, Aberdeen have a golden opportunity to hit the top in the Scottish Premiership. The Dons are unbeaten this season, with their stats showing seven wins and one draw, the spare coming in a 2-2 share at Parkhead last weekend.

It’s worth sticking with Aberdeen as they host a Dundee United side that also arrives in fine form but went three games without a win late last month. It’ll be tight, but Pittodrie gives Aberdeen the edge.

Ayr United beat Airdrie

Dropping into the Scottish Championship, we add an away win for Ayr United over Airdrie.

The Honest Men dropped to third in the league following back-to-back defeats but should bounce back against bottom of the league. Airdrie has just one win on the board and has lost four of their last five starts.

Falkirk beat Dunfermline

Sticking with the Championship, and we’re siding with top-of-the-table Falkirk to beat Dunfermline, who are second from the bottom. The Bairns enjoy home advantage, are unbeaten in four, and rank as the division’s top scorers.

They won last time out and are worth sticking with against a Pars that’s without a win in four games, a run that has dragged them into the relegation zone. Stick with the form side here.

Livingston beat Raith

We wrap things up in West Lothian when supporting a home win for Livingston over Raith Rovers. David Martindale’s team were relegated from the Premiership last season but have adjusted well to life in the Championship.

The Lions start in second place following four wins and two draws in their previous six. They should have the tools to beat a visiting Raith with just one win in the same period.
