Roma and Feyenoord will lock horns once again for the second leg of their Europa League playoff tie on Thursday night (20:00) at Stadio Olimpico.

The first leg finished all-square last week at De Kuip, and Roma will be out for revenge, after they were knocked out of the Europa League at the hands of Feyenoord last season.

Roma vs Feyenoord Prediction

  • Both teams to score @ 4/6
  • Romelu Lukaku to score anytime @ 6/4

Team News

Edoardo Bove will miss the return leg due to suspension for Roma, while Paulo Dybala and Lorenzo Pellegrini were both rested in the weekend's win against Frosinone so they could start here. Tammy Abraham remains on the treatment table for the foreseeable future, but Chris Smalling recently returned from a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

As for the visitors, Quinten Timber and Lutsharel Geertruida both returned to the side at the weekend after both men missed the first leg last week, but Gernot Trauner and Justin Bijlow both remain on the injury list.

Match Odds

Roma are 11/10 to claim the victory, the draw is 5/2, while Feyenoord are 12/5 to win.

A repeat of last week's scoreline can be backed at 11/2, and over 2.5 goals is priced up 4/5.

Both teams to score @ 4/6

I fancy both teams to find the back of the net on Thursday night in what I'm expecting to be a closely-fought contest in Rome.

Roma have just one clean sheet across their last 12 assignments in all competitions, while Feyenoord have scored in 12 of their 13 away games this season.

Both sides certainly possess the firepower to get on the scoresheet as Romelu Lukaku and Santiago Gimenez are enjoying excellent goalscoring seasons, respectively.

Both teams to score at 4-6

Romelu Lukaku to score anytime @ 6/4

The former Chelsea striker has scored six goals in seven appearances in the Europa League so far this term, and his equaliser for Roma last week took his tally for the season to 24.

The Belgian always proves himself to be a handful, so 6/4 looks decent value to back him to score anytime on Thursday night.

Romelu Lukaku to score anytime at 6-4
