They have only conceded once in three games but have paced poor opposition in FC Noah and CS Petrocub in their last two games. Both were clean sheets but Istanbul Basaksehir breached their defence on matchday one.

The home side should dominate this contest from the off and create chances, which bodes well for in-form frontman Guido Burgstaller.

The veteran forward spent a chunk of time in Germany at the likes of Nurnberg, Schalke and St Pauli but returned home for a second stint at Rapid in 2022.

He has two Conference League goals in three appearances already this season, hitting a brace against Moldovan outfit Petrocub.

That double came in the second half but in his other four goalscoring games this season he has broken the deadlock and he's on a tally of eight goals for the season.
