Odds correct at the time of publication

Liverpool 3-1 Chelsea @ 12/1

Chelsea are on a six-game losing streak in the top flight and I think they will be in for a seventh defeat on Saturday when they face Liverpool at Anfield. The Reds will be seeking a response after losing to rivals Manchester United and I believe they can get that against the struggling Blues.

Nick: 3-2

Simon: 2-1

Brighton 2-1 Wolves @ 15/2

Brighton & Hove Albion suffered a surprising defeat at Newcastle United last weekend but the Seagulls had been in good form before that loss. I think they can respond on home turf when they entertain relegated Wolves, who have lost three of their past four outings in the league.

Nick: 3-1

Simon: 3-0

Premier League Odds

Fulham 0-2 Bournemouth @ 14/1

Following a 3-0 success over a rotated Crystal Palace team last week, AFC Bournemouth should be in a confident mood ahead of their trip to Craven Cottage to face Fulham.

The Cottagers were beaten by league leaders Arsenal last time out and I think their inconsistent form presents an opportunity for the Cherries, who have won three of their previous four fixtures in the Premier League.

Nick: 2-2

Simon: 1-1

Sunderland 1-3 Man United @ 14/1

United will be on cloud nine after beating rivals Liverpool and I think another high-scoring game could be in store on Wearside when they face Sunderland on Saturday.

The Black Cats failed to beat Wolves last week as their winless run extended to three games. The Red Devils to win this one.

Nick: 2-1

Simon: 0-2

Man City 2-1 Brentford @ 7/1

Manchester City managed to salvage a point at Everton on Monday but it was a huge blow in their pursuit of the league title. The Citizens are now five points behind Arsenal with one game in hand, so they will be in need of a victory when they welcome Brentford to the Etihad on Saturday.

I think they will be able to edge out the Bees on home turf.

Nick: 3-1

Simon: 4-0

Football Odds

Burnley 1-2 Villa @ 7/1

Aston Villa were criticised for their alterations against Tottenham Hotspur last Sunday as they rested players for their Europa League semi-final second leg against Nottingham Forest.

The Villans' reserves were judged for a poor performance as they were beaten by Spurs. Unai Emery is likely going to name a stronger team at Burnley on Sunday and I think they should be able to beat the relegated Clarets.

Nick: 1-2

Simon: 0-1

Palace 2-2 Everton @ 12/1

On their day, both Crystal Palace and Everton can cause teams all sorts of problems, and I think this can lead to an interesting tussle when they square up against one another at Selhurst Park.

I fancy some entertainment, so I am going for a high-scoring draw.

Forest 2-2 Newcastle @ 11/1

Nottingham Forest, despite rotating their side, were impressive 3-1 winners at Chelsea last week. Next up for Vitor Pereira's side is a home clash against Newcastle. Eddie Howe's men head to the East Midlands on the back of a much-needed win against Brighton.

I think if they play as well as they did against the Seagulls, the Magpies can come away from Nottinghamshire with a share of the spoils.

Nick: 1-3

Simon: 2-1

West Ham 0-2 Arsenal @ 8/1

Everyone is going mad for this game because West Ham United can affect Arsenal's title charge and aid in getting Tottenham relegated. The Irons suffered a 3-0 defeat at an out-of-form Brentford side last weekend, so it is hard to see them stopping Arsenal who are looking to ride a wave after sealing their place in the Champions League final.

A routine 2-0 win for the Gunners.

Nick: 2-2

Simon: 0-3

Today's Football Fixtures

Spurs 2-2 Leeds @ 12/1

Leeds United are seven points clear of the relegation zone and they have the potential to secure their top-flight status by beating strugglers Tottenham in north London on Monday.

The Lilywhites are on a two-game winning streak but Leeds have won three from four. I think I would give the visitors the edge but with Spurs at home I think this can finish level.
