Over 2.5 Goals Tips: Aussies, English & Americans to provide entertainment in Saturday four-fold

There's plenty of football to feast your eyes on this Saturday, April 26, and I've picked out four fixtures that should be good for a few goals.
For Saturday's Over 2.5 Goals Tips, I'm starting in Australia, before heading to England and ending the day in the USA. This fourfold pays at 5.85/1, and you can check it out below...
Over 2.5 Goals Tips - Saturday, April 26
- Over 2.5 Goals in Brisbane Roar vs Wellington Phoenix (06:00, TNT Sports 3) @ 8/13
- Over 2.5 Goals in Newcastle Jets vs Western Sydney Wanderers (08:00, TNT Sports 3) @ 1/3
- Over 2.5 Goals in Sheffield Wednesday vs Portsmouth (15:00) @ 10/11
- Over 2.5 Goals in FC Cincinnati vs Sporting Kansas City (19:30) @ 4/6
Fourfold pays @ 5.85/1
Over 2.5 Goals in Brisbane Roar vs Wellington Phoenix (06:00, TNT Sports 3) @ 8/13
Brisbane Roar (29) and Wellington Phoenix (27) are the fourth and second-lowest scorers, respectively, in this season's Australian A-League Men's, but there are reasons to believe we could see a few goals in this fixture.
The Nix's last four games have produced at least three goals, with three of those seeing over 3.5.
Two goals were shared between the Roar and Adelaide United on Tuesday, but Brisbane's previous three matches had gone over 2.5.
Neither side is playing for the play-offs, and while the Roar will be desperate to avoid the dreaded wooden spoon, there's not a whole lot on the line in this game, so I'm hopeful of at least three goals at Suncorp Stadium.

Over 2.5 Goals in Newcastle Jets vs Western Sydney Wanderers (08:00, TNT Sports 3) @ 1/3
I'm sticking with the A-League and heading to McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle, where Newcastle Jets take on Western Sydney Wanderers. We're not getting high odds here, but for good reason - over 2.5 goals has been a winner in 75% (18) of both teams' league games in 2024/25; only Adelaide United (80%) can claim a higher percentage.
At least three goals have been scored in the Jets' last five games, while seven of the Wanderers' last nine, including a 2-2 draw with Melbourne City last weekend, have gone over 2.5.
We've seen some real thrillers between these two teams in the last couple of years, with at least four goals scored in the last three head-to-heads. Their first meeting of the season, at CommBank Stadium in November, saw the Wanderers win 4-1, spearheaded by a hat-trick from Nicolas Milanovic, who has scored in six of his last seven matches.
Milanovic is just one goal off the ALM's two leading marksmen, Sydney FC's Adrian Segecic and Adelaide United's Archie Goodwin (both 13), and he will be targeting one or two at least on Saturday to boost his Golden Boot objective.
The Jets have a few prolific forwards of their own, though, with Eli Adams (nine) and Lachlan Rose (eight) both looking to hit double digits before the season's end.
Saturday's hosts have little to play for, so they can perform with freedom, while the Wanderers are still in with a shout of a top-two finish, and still need to secure their top-six status, so they will be going for the win, too.

Over 2.5 Goals in Sheffield Wednesday vs Portsmouth (15:00) @ 10/11
This is a proper end-of-the-season game at Hillsborough.
Neither Sheffield Wednesday (13th) nor Portsmouth (16th), who are separated by just four points in the EFL Championship table, can be relegated or promoted this season, which should mean we see both sides play with a degree of freedom this weekend.
Of course, players are still playing for their future, potentially trying to win new contracts or impress clubs elsewhere, and Wednesday supporters will expect a win on home soil.
But, with nothing major on the line for either club, I'm confident we will see an open game on Saturday, which should lead to a few goals.
Three goals were scored at Hillsborough on Easter Monday as the Owls came from behind to beat Middlesbrough 2-1, while in Portsmouth's last away game, at Norwich City on April 18, there were eight strikes - five for John Mousinho's side at Carrow Road.
Pompey are top of the 'over 2.5 goals' table in the Championship, with 64% (28/44) of their games seeing at least three goals, and Wednesday (55%) aren't far off that number, so over 2.5 looks more than achievable on Saturday.

Over 2.5 Goals in FC Cincinnati vs Sporting Kansas City (18:00) @ 4/6
FC Cincinnati and Sporting Kansas City were both involved in high-scoring games last weekend; the former beat Chicago Fire 3-2 at Soldier Field, while the latter triumphed 5-3 against San Jose Earthquakes at PayPal Park.
The two teams meet on Saturday (19:30) at Cincy's TQL Stadium, and goals could be on the menu; only Chicago Fire, San Jose Earthquakes and DC United (all 78%) have seen a higher percentage of their MLS matches this season go over 2.5 goals than SKC (67%), who lost 4-2 at home to Portland Timbers two weeks ago. Three (75%) of their four away games have seen at least three goals scored, and if you like your history, their last visit to Saturday's venue, in the Leagues Cup in July 2023, saw six goals shared between Cincy and SKC (3-3).
Cincy (44%) feature much lower down in Major League Soccer's 'over 2.5 goals' table, but Pat Noonan's side scored three times last week, with marquee signings Evander (x2) and Kevin Denkey both bagging. Saturday's hosts should be confident of sticking a few past their opponents, who, along with DC United, have shipped a league-high 19 goals, although having conceded 11 themselves, a clean sheet might evade them, too, especially given SKC have scored 15 times to their 13.
