Millonarios vs Palestino Prediction: Chileans are not without hope

Millonarios have collected just two points from their opening four Copa Libertadores group matches, so a win over Palestino on Wednesday (KO, 03:00) is vital to their hopes of claiming a place in the last 16.

Jader Valencia, Omar Bartel and Diego Abadia will all be missing for Millonairos.

The visitors will be without injured trio Jose Bizama, Nicolas Maza and Gonzalo Sosa, but they do not have any suspensions to deal with.

Millonarios are 1/2 to gain their first victory over the group stage, while visitors Palestino are 5/1 to boost their qualification chances with three points. The draw is available at 11/4.

Millonarios have given themselves plenty of work to do to qualify for the last 16 of the Copa Libertadores, and they have failed to win their last two home matches in the tournament against Bolivar and Flamengo.

The altitude in Bogota gives them an advantage but they could be up against it when they face Palestino, who have already beaten them 3-1 in the reverse fixture.

Their Chilean visitors may not be as intimidated by the heights as some others may be and they have recovered well from losing their opening two games.
