I am also confident in Inter winning this game to nil because they have done so twice already in Serie A this term. They have only conceded twice at San Siro so far and that was against bitter rivals AC Milan. With the options available, even if there is some rotation, Inzaghi's men should have more than enough to win this match comfortably.

The likes of Thuram and Lautaro Martinez will be looking forward to this clash, particularly the latter, as he looks to try and replicate his goalscoring form from 2023/24. His first goals of the campaign came against Udinese last time out, so he will feel a weight has been lifted off his shoulders and that his confidence will have returned.

Marcus Thuram to score two or more goals @ 9/2

The goals look like they are coming back to Inter's Argentine striker, but it is their fascinating Frenchman who has my attention for this game. Having watched a lot of Thuram during his days at Borussia Monchengladbach, I've never been in doubt that he would earn a move to a club that would constantly compete in the Champions League.

He looks to be right at home with Inter and he is becoming a key figure for I Nerazzurri. I have gone for him to score two goals in this contest because of course it is better value than his anytime price of 10/11, but also because all his Serie A goals so far this term have come from two braces (against Genoa and Atalanta).

With his pace and skill, I think he can torment Red Star's back line on Tuesday. And with the collection he has already scored in his Inter career, I have no doubt about his finishing quality. Therefore, I think backing him to score at least two goals could be a shrewd selection for this fixture.
