Granada vs Sevilla Prediction: Winless runs to continue for strugglers?

19th hosts 17th in La Liga on Tuesday night (KO, 20:30), as Sevilla visit Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes to take on Granada.

The home side are on a remarkable winless run of 14 league games that stretches back to August, when they won their only game of the season against Mallorca.

It's not been much better for Sevilla, who haven't won any of their last 10 in La Liga and crashed out of Europe last week as a result of finishing bottom in their Champions League group.

Granada vs Sevilla Betting Tips:

Team News

Granada will once again be without goalkeeper Raul Fernandez through injury, while on-loan Real Madrid defender Jesus Vallejo has been sidelined since October 8 and continues to be absent.

Sevilla have a whole host of injuries to contend with - Jesus Navas, Loic Bade, Dodi Lukebakio and Fernando are among those nursing issues, and their selection woes aren't helped by the suspension of Ivan Rakitic.

The Croatian could be replaced by Oliver Torres or Suso, depending on how head coach Quique Sanchez Flores decides to shuffle his pack.

Match Odds

Granada are 9/5 to pick up a belated win on Tuesday, with the draw at 23/10 and a victory for the visitors priced at 6/4.

Both teams to score can be found at 4/6 and it's 5/6 for over 2.5 goals.

Draw @ 23/10

With both sides without a win in so long, plumping for the draw on Tuesday seems like the sensible option.

Four of Granada's eight home games this season have finished as a draw, while three of Sevilla's seven away matches have ended in a stalemate.

Sevilla's superior squad has them installed as the favourites to win but without a victory on their travels this term, it's difficult to back them to do the business.

Draw in Granada vs Sevilla at 23-10

Under 2.5 goals @ 5/6

Five of Granada's last six home matches have had two goals or fewer, and there have been fewer than three goals in four of Sevilla's last six La Liga away games.

That doesn't read well for those wanting to see goals on Tuesday.

With both sides at such a low ebb, tensions are high, and that might result in some risk-averse tactics.

Recent history shows this as a particularly low-scoring fixture in Spain - the last three meetings between the pair in Granada have resulted in a 1-0 scoreline.

Under 2.5 goals in Granada vs Sevilla at 5-6
