Tottenham Hotspur can lift themselves into the Premier League's top four on Saturday evening (17:30) when they make the short journey across the capital to take on Fulham at Craven Cottage, live on Sky Sports Main Event.

Ange Postecoglou's men boosted their Champions League qualification hopes with last Sunday's emphatic 4-0 win over Aston Villa, while the Cottagers suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Wolverhampton Wanderers. Here are our Fulham vs Tottenham predictions, featuring team news and match odds on offer for the game.

Fulham vs Tottenham Prediction

  • Spurs to win @ 21/20
  • Heung-min Son to score first @ 9/2

Team News

Last weekend's trip to Wolves came too soon for Raul Jimenez, but the Mexico international is expected to be fit for this clash.

Joao Palhinha only made the bench at Molineux after returning from suspension, but the combative midfielder looks set to start in the engine room on Saturday.

As for Spurs, Micky van de Ven came off with a knee problem against Villa last time out, and the Dutchman is expected to be absent for this game.

Ryan Sessegnon, Fraser Forster and Manor Solomon all remain on the treatment table, however Richarlison could return from injury here after missing the win over Villa with a knee problem.

Match Odds

The odds of 9/4 for the home win implies that Fulham have a 30.8% chance of picking up a vital three points, whilst Spurs are 21/20, or a 48.8% chance to win a third game on the spin.

The draw can be backed at 11/4, while both teams to find the net is priced up at 4/9.

Spurs to win @ 21/20

Spurs will make the trip to Craven Cottage in high spirits, knowing that they can potentially move into the top four with a victory here.

Last weekend's stunning success at Villa Park means that their Champions League qualification hopes are in their own hands, as we approach the business end of the campaign.

That being said, Fulham have lost just two of their last nine Premier League home games, posting an eye-catching six victories across that sequence. Spurs, however, do have a solid record against the Cottagers, winning 12 of their last 15 meetings between the sides.

While I do expect Fulham to make this a competitive tussle, I think Spurs will have enough quality to see off their fellow Londoners on Saturday.

Spurs to win at 21-20

Heung-min Son to score first @ 9/2

The South Korea international is without doubt Spurs' biggest goal threat, and I've opted for the former Bayer Leverkusen forward to open the scoring for some extra value.

Son scored and assisted in the reverse fixture between the sides, and did the same at Villa Park last weekend, so he comes into this game in great form.

The 31-year-old has scored eight of his 14 league goals this season away from home, and he can strike again on Saturday.

Heung min-son to score first at 9-2
