Football Bet of the Day: Iglesias to strike for the fourth straight match

One of the three La Liga matches taking place on Tuesday sees Celta Vigo welcome Levante to Balaidos (18:00 BST, Premier Sports 1). The hosts are fighting to secure European football for next season, while the visitors are battling to avoid relegation from the top flight.

Celta have won three of the past four meetings and they are the 4/5 favourites to come out on top here.

The draw can be backed at 11/4, with the hosts having experienced 11 stalemates in La Liga this term.

Levante are 16/5 to collect a fourth victory in six league matches.

Iago Aspas found the net in Celta's latest league fixture on home turf and Betfred are offering a Price Boost on him to score anytime at 7/4 (previously 6/4).

Like Betfred, I think there is value to be had in the goalscorer market but the player I am turning to is Aspas' teammate Borja Iglesias. The striker has scored 14 times in La Liga this term, the most of any Celta player. He has managed this total in 32 appearances, so he is averaging 0.72 goals per 90.

The Spanish attacker comes into Tuesday's contest having scored in each of his side's previous three fixtures in the top flight and he should be full of confidence ahead of facing a side sat in the relegation zone.

Iglesias has the opportunity to score in four successive league matches for the second time this campaign, having accomplished this feat between August and September.

The 33-year-old has found most of his joy in front of goal on home soil this term, with eight of his strikes coming at Balaidos.

Iglesias also has two goals in seven career appearances against Levante and in his current mood he poses a huge threat to the Granotes, who are fighting for their lives at the bottom of the table.

At 11/10, which has an implied probability of 47.6%, I think Iglesias to score anytime offers excellent value to punters.
