The penultimate matchday of the Premier League season takes place this weekend, with eight fixtures on Saturday, as well as a huge League 2 play-off semi-final between MK Dons and Crawley Town.

I have hand-picked four matches to build a 22.52/1 accumulator from Saturday's action, and below I have given my reasonings for Saturday's football accumulator tips.

Football Accumulator Tips - Saturday, May 11

  • Bournemouth to beat Brentford @ 1/1
  • Everton to beat Sheffield United @ 2/5
  • Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea - Draw @ 3/1
  • MK Dons vs Crawley Town - Over 3.5 goals @ 11/10

Football acca pays at 22.52/1

Bournemouth to beat Brentford @ 1/1

Bournemouth welcome Brentford to the Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon, and Andoni Iraola has had an incredible first season in charge of the Cherries, with his side looking likely to finish in the top half of the Premier League.

Brentford finished ninth last season, and have endured a disappointing campaign this year as they currently sit in 16th place. Thomas Frank's men have lost six of their nine away outings in 2024, and they've conceded an average of 2.5 goals when going away to top-half sides.

Bournemouth's home record has been excellent in recent weeks, and they're unbeaten in their last six outings in front of their fans, winning four of those matches. I'm expecting Brentford's away struggles to continue here.

Everton to beat Sheffield United @ 2/5

Everton take on Sheffield United at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon in what is their final home game of the season. The Toffees will surely be in party mode with top-flight survival secured, and I'm backing them to beat the already-relegated Sheffield United here.

Sean Dyche’s men have only scored more than twice in two of their home league games all season, but Sheffield United’s defence has been truly woeful and they have conceded at least three goals in each of their last four games, shipping 16 goals in total.

In addition, the Toffees are on a four-game winning streak at Goodison Park, and they can sign off in style on Saturday.

Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea - Draw @ 3/1

Saturday's late Premier League kick-off sees Nottingham Forest welcome Chelsea to the City Ground, as Nuno Espirito Santo's side continue their bid to secure Premier League safety.

The Tricky Trees secured an important 3-1 victory at Sheffield United last weekend to move them three points clear of 18th-placed Luton, while the hosts also boast a superior goal difference to the Hatters.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have responded to last month's 5-0 defeat against Arsenal by earning a respectable point away at Aston Villa, before securing back-to-back home victories - and clean sheets - against Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.

However, the Blues' form away from Stamford Bridge has been poor - they've failed to win any of their last six on the road, so they could struggle to claim all three points at the City Ground.

MK Dons vs Crawley Town - Over 3.5 goals @ 11/10

My final pick of this acca comes from the second leg of the League 2 play-off semi-final between MK Dons and Crawley Town, and rather than predict the match result, I'm going to look at the goals market.

The Dons need to overturn a three-goal deficit to secure their place at Wembley, so I'm anticipating plenty of goalmouth action when the two sides meet on Saturday night.

I'm predicting over 3.5 goals to land in this contest as Crawley's late charge into the play-off places came as a result of big victories away at Tranmere Rovers (3-1), Newport County (4-0) and Mansfield Town (4-1), but they also lost 4-1 against Wrexham and drew 2-2 with Sutton United in the final two roads trips of the campaign.

Similarly, MK Dons have scored 19 goals and shipped 10 in their last six home outings.
