Football Accumulator Tips: 17/1 for Sunday trio

We want to round off our week with a winning football accumulator and I hope we can find a winner this Sunday.

There’s plenty of action from Paraguay that has caught my eye so let’s head to the Corazon de America in search of a winner. Check out Sunday’s Football Accumulator Tips down below. 

Guarani vs Trinidense - over 3.5 goals

I believe Trinidense can win the league this season in Paraguay after ending the Apertura in flying fashion. They’ve picked off where they left off by winning their opening two matches of the Clausura to put themselves as the early leaders, but it is the way they have won those matches that has caught my attention more than anything. 

Their opening win of the season was a 4-2 thumping of Deportivo Recoleta, a game in which they raced into a four-goal lead - while last time out they required a 95th-minute winner to beat Olimpia 4-3. Eight goals scored in two Clausura matches is some going, while they are travelling to take on a team that finished third in the Apertura and won their first game of the new season 3-1. 

I think this game should contain plenty of goalmouth action, and while I’d back Trinidense to edge it, I will play it safe and stick to over 3.5 goals to get our acca underway.

Rubio Nu to beat Sportivo San Lorenzo 

Dropping down to the second tier in search of value now, and Rubio Nu find themselves in a title race with 12 de Junio de Villa Hayes. They sit in second, one point behind the league leaders, but they are on a belting run of form that has carried them into the automatic promotion positions.

Rubio Nu have lost just once all season and are nine games unbeaten, having won their last five. They host Sportivo San Lorenzo who sit sixth and have won three of their last four, but prior to that they had gone on a five-game winless run. As a result, they are likely going to be blown away by the team chasing the title.

Deportivo Capiata to beat Club Tacuray

It’s also third v fourth in the Division Intermedia as Deportivo Capiata look to close the gap on Rubio Nu that currently stands at just two points. The home team’s good form has dragged them into title contention, and they’ve gone unbeaten in their last seven matches.

They will want to dent the promotion hopes of Tacuray, who have been hit or miss of late, winning just one of their last four outings. I think home advantage will count once again and am happy to back the in-form outfit to get the job done and keep the pressure on the top two.
