Swansea vs Coventry Prediction: Cagey affair likely in Wales

Coventry City suffered a slip-up in the Championship title race last week as they lost 2-1 to Southampton but with nearest challengers Middlesbrough failing to take full advantage, the Sky Blues still have a seven-point lead.
They visit Swansea, who are harbouring faint hopes of a late play-off run, in Saturday's late Championship game (17:15, live on Sky Sports Football). Read on for my Swansea vs Coventry predictions.

Team News
Swansea’s Joshua Key faces a race against time to prove his fitness for this clash, while Zeidane Inoussa remains a definite absentee. Adam Idah could return from his long lay-off, although he is likely to feature on the bench.
Coventry have been dealt a big blow with Haji Wright ruled out of this clash with a groin injury, joining Jack Rudoni on the treatment table. Bobby Thomas is expected to return from an injury absence of his own.
Under 2.5 goals @ 10/11
Coventry have been comfortably the top scorers in the Championship this season but they face a tough test away at Swansea without two of their key attacking players.
Top scorer Haji Wright has been ruled out of this clash with a groin injury picked up in the Sky Blues’ shock 2-1 defeat at home to Southampton last week while key playmaker Jack Rudoni is also absent.
The pair have 27 goals and assists between them this season and without that attacking spark, the league leaders could find this hard work in Wales.
Swansea have not lost at home since November and five of their last seven home games have gone under 2.5 goals.
A repeat of that could be on the cards in what should be a more low-scoring affair than Coventry will be used to.

Milan van Ewijk to be shown a card @ 5/2
Milan van Ewijk has been crucial to Coventry’s promotion push this season, with his long throws an extremely dangerous weapon, alongside his pace and crossing ability.
The Dutchman leads the Sky Blues with seven assists but his attacking responsibilities mean that he can get caught high up the pitch and as a result he has been booked eight times this season.
Van Ewijk can be guilty of steaming into tackles and Swansea’s Brazilian wingers Ronald and Gustavo Nunes have been fouled a combined 86 times in their 34 starts. Take the Coventry defender to pick up a caution.
