Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid Bet Builder Tips: Hosts to see the job through in 7/2 shot

Bayern Munich entertain Real Madrid at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday (20:00 BST, TNT Sports 2) for the second leg of their Uefa Champions League quarter-final. The hosts hold a 2-1 lead but they could have been in a much more comfortable position given the amount of chances they had in Madrid last week.
My 3/1 Bet Builder from that game was a winner, so I am hoping to deliver another successful selection in what is expected to be an equally captivating contest. Read on for my Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid Bet Builder tips.
Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid Bet Builder Tips

Bayern to win
Bayern were the dominant side in the first leg and they could easily have put the tie to bed if they had taken more of their chances. Kylian Mbappe has given Real Madrid a lifeline, but if Los Blancos play like they did for most of the contest at the Santiago Bernabeu, then Bayern may have it relatively easy again.
Jude Bellingham made an impact from the bench, so he will likely start for Real in Munich. But I doubt that it will be enough for the visitors given how strong Bayern have been at home this season.
Die Roten have suffered just one defeat at the Allianz in all competitions. The hosts have also won 10 of their 11 outings in the Champions League to date, including all five of their home contests. We may see more fight from Real Madrid in this second leg, but Bayern should be able to come out on top inside 90 minutes.
Over 2.5 goals
I correctly predicted over 2.5 goals for the first leg, and I am confident this threshold will be met again on Wednesday. Both these teams are filled with quality in attacking areas, and given what's at stake, there should be no shortage of goals.
Bayern's Harry Kane has 11 goals in the UCL, while Real Madrid's Mbappe has 14. Both were on the scoresheet in last week's clash.
This selection has landed in 10 of Bayern's 11 fixtures in this competition so far, as well as each of Real Madrid's past three outings in the UCL.
Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich Bet Builder Stats
- Bayern have won 10 of their 11 UCL fixtures, including all 5 home games
- 10 of those 11 matches have produced over 2.5 goals, including last week's first leg
- Alvaro Carreras committed 3 fouls in the first leg
- Harry Kane has 11 UCL goals this season, with his latest coming in the first leg
Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid Odds
Alvaro Carreras 2+ fouls
Real defender Alvaro Carreras had a tough time in the first leg. He constantly lost out on his duels with Michael Olise and he was also at fault for Bayern's goal early in the second half after being dispossessed.
The full-back was penalised three times in that game and I think Olise can torment him even more at the Allianz. I think Carreras is worth backing to commit at least two fouls on Wednesday night.
Harry Kane to score
It wouldn't feel right to round off this Bet Builder without a Kane goal. His first-leg strike is the difference between the two sides coming into this clash and the Bayern front man has now bagged 11 goals in the Champions League this term.
In all competitions, the 32-year-old has 49 goals to his name, so he will be eager to reach the 50-mark as soon as possible. Twenty-four of his goals have come on home turf this campaign, so he is expected to be as dangerous as ever when Real come to town.
He's a man for the big stage and so I fancy him to score here.
