Burnley gave themselves a confidence boost with a 2-2 draw against Chelsea on Saturday as they fought back valiantly despite playing most of the match with ten men.

However they will have to hope that has not taken too much out of their squad as they host Wolves, who were comfortably seen off 2-0 by rivals Aston Villa at the weekend.

Here we pick out the best bets for Tuesday’s Premier League clash, kicking off at 19:45.

Burnley vs Wolves Prediction

  • Wolves to win @ 7/4
  • Pablo Sarabia to score at any time @ 3/1

Team News

Both teams have a number of injury concerns coming into this clash, with Nathan Redmond, Aaron Ramsey, Luca Koleosho, Jordan Beyer and Ameen Al-Dakhil all absent for Burnley.

Lorenz Assignon is suspended after being sent off against Chelsea, although David Datro Fofana can play after sitting out against his parent club.

Wolves look set to remain without injured attacking stars Pedro Neto, Hwang Hee-chan and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde.

Match Odds

Wolves can be backed at 7/4 for the victory, while Burnley are 6/4 - or a 40% chance - and the draw is available at 12/5.

Over 2.5 goals is on offer at 4/5, while both teams to score is priced at 8/13 and it is 6/4 for over 1.5 goals in the first half.

Wolves to win @ 7/4

Burnley put in one of the best performances of their season last time out against Chelsea, fighting back after going behind twice to draw 2-2.

The Clarets were also down to ten men for most of that game and while it was a valiant showing, it would have taken plenty out of their squad.

Vincent Kompany’s men have also struggled at home this season, losing 11 of their 16 matches at Turf Moor.

They face a Wolves side that have been battling through a rough spell of injuries but may be able to welcome back Matheus Cunha for this clash.

With a few more attacking options at their disposal and against a home team that have struggled in their own backyard, Wolves are fancied to bounce back from defeat against Aston Villa with a win here.

Pablo Sarabia to score at anytime @ 3/1

Wolves’ limited attacking options mean that Pablo Sarabia has been featuring in a more attacking role than previously and he can get his fourth goal of the season in this matchup.

The 31-year-old has registered 15 shots in his last five games and with opportunities more likely to come his way, the Portuguese international is fancied to take advantage.

Side with Sarabia to net in this one.
