Burnley vs Liverpool Stats-Based Bet Builder Tips: Mejbri card in 7/1 shot

The only Premier League side with a 100% record this season, Liverpool, return to action on Sunday (14:00 BST, Sky Sports Main Event) at Turf Moor, where newly-promoted Burnley, with a win and two defeats from their first three games, are their hosts.
In my Burnley vs Liverpool Stats-Based Bet Builder Tips, which you can check out below, I've combined four selections that payout at 7/1.

Match Result - Liverpool
Liverpool won all six games against newly-promoted clubs last season, beating Ipswich Town 2-0, Southampton 3-2, and Leicester City 1-0 at Portman Road, St Mary's and the King Power, respectively.
Against a Burnley side that have lost two of their first three league games, the Reds will fancy their chances of maintaining their perfect start to the season.
Granted, both of Burnley's defeats came on their travels, and in their only home match so far, they beat Sunderland 2-0, but the Black Cats are a fellow newly-promoted side, and a visit from the reigning Premier League champions is a whole different ball game.
Virgil van Dijk (LIV) Total Shots - 1+
Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk averaged 0.7 shots per game in last season's Premier League, and in his last outing against one of the promoted clubs, against Leicester at the King Power in April, he recorded two headed efforts at goal, both from corners.
The 34-year-old has already tried his luck twice this season, with both attempts coming in the 4-2 victory over AFC Bournemouth at Anfield, where he missed the target with his first header before being denied by the crossbar with his second.
Burnley have conceded at least one shot to an opposition centre-back in all three league games this term. Tottenham's Micky van de Ven missed the target with two headed efforts in a 2-0 win for the Lilywhites in north London before Sunderland's Omar Alderete saw two left-footed shots blocked.
Then, in a 3-2 defeat at Old Trafford last time out, Burnley conceded a shot apiece to Manchester United centre-backs Leny Yoro and Matthijs de Ligt.
Van Dijk will surely fancy his chances of getting his head to at least one delivery into the Clarets' box on Sunday.
Burnley vs Liverpool Bet Builder Stats
- Liverpool won all six PL games against newly-promoted clubs last season
- Burnley have conceded at least one shot to a CB in all three PL matches
- Liverpool have taken 18+ throw-ins in all three PL contests
- Hannibal Mejbri (BUR) was shown eight yellows and one red in 24/25 Championship
Liverpool Total Throw-ins - Over 17.5
Liverpool took 27 throw-ins against Bournemouth, 19 against Newcastle United, and another 19 against Arsenal.
Burnley have conceded 17, 19 and 21 throw-ins to Spurs, Sunderland and Man United, respectively.
Liverpool won 24 corners at Ipswich, 18 at Southampton, and 20 at Leicester last season.
Player Shown Any Card - Hannibal Mejbri (BUR)
Former Man United midfielder Hannibal Mejbri has only played Liverpool twice before at senior level, but in the first of his two brief substitute appearances against the Reds, while on the books of their biggest rivals, he was booked for a wild lunge at Anfield.
The 22-year-old, despite being in the early stages of his career, has already forged a reputation as a something of a loose cannon, as highlighted by his card tally of eight yellows and one red in last season's EFL Championship.
Mejbri averaged 1.4 fouls per game in the second tier and is already averaging 1.3 per game in the Premier League, having committed three fouls against Sunderland and one against Man United.
I can see the Tunisia international being even more pumped up than usual on Sunday, and his overexuberance could land him in hot water with the referee.
