Manchester United head to Turf Moor on Saturday evening (20:00) to take on Vincent Kompany’s Burnley side, fresh off the back of Wednesday night’s defeat to Bayern Munich.

The hosts picked up their first point of the season in their 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest last time out, and using Betfred’s #PickYourPunt builder, we’ve selected a 7/1 treble for the occasion.

Double chance – Burnley or draw

United have had a challenging start to the season, tasting defeat in their last three encounters.

Vincent Kompany will be sensing that this could be the perfect time to play the Red Devils, who look shot of confidence and haven’t really put in a solid performance so far for 90 minutes.

Erik ten Hag’s side showed character to get themselves back in it three times against Bayern Munich on Wednesday night, ultimately going down 4-3, but they look far too open to play against at the moment, and their away record is woeful.

I think taking double chance here is a smart play, as I’m expecting United to struggle.

Over 2.5 goals

Neither side have been great defensively up until this point, so that could make for an entertaining clash at Turf Moor.

United’s past four games have produced 20 goals – nine for and 11 against – and this could be another high-scoring affair, with Burnley’s four league games featuring a total of 18 goals.

The Clarets have shipped the most goals in the league so far this season, including three at home to Manchester City and Aston Villa respectively, so I’m taking over 2.5 goals to land here.

Marcus Rashford to score anytime

Rashford has only found the back of the net once so far this term, but he’s had 23 shots in his last five outings so I think he’ll have chances to get on the scoresheet here.

The introduction of Rasmus Hojlund as a focal point in attack should allow Rashford to flourish in his favoured position on the left-flank over the coming weeks, and I expect his goal tally to increase.

The England international scored in United’s 2-0 victory over Burnley last season in the Carabao Cup, and he’ll be eager to find his second strike of the campaign at Turf Moor.
