BTTS Tips: Back Italian job in 6/1 Saturday fourfold

It's slim pickings for football fixtures on Saturday with much of the action in England reserved for Sunday, but I'm still looking to land a 6.33/1 acca in my BTTS Tips as I go searching in Australia, Italy and Portugal for games where both teams will find the back of the net.
Without further ado, here are my BTTS Tips for Saturday, December 28, starting in Oceania.
BTTS Tips - Saturday, December 28
- BTTS - Yes in Sydney vs Melbourne Victory (08:35, TNT Sports 2) @ 4/9
- BTTS - Yes in Parma vs Monza (14:00) @ 4/7
- BTTS - Yes in Estoril vs Moreirense (18:00) @ 1/1
- BTTS - Yes in Lazio vs Atalanta (19:45) @ 8/13
BTTS Acca pays @ 6.33/1
BTTS - Yes in Sydney vs Melbourne Victory (08:35, TNT Sports 2) @ 4/9
I've covered this game in more depth, which you can check out here, but the TL;DR is that I expect goals in this game - at least one on either side.
The last 'Big Blue' between arguably Australia's biggest two clubs, Sydney and Melbourne Victory, ended in a 1-1 draw on January 26, and this season's statistics, certainly looking at Sydney's Australia A-League Men's contests, suggest that we should see a few strikes at Allianz Stadium.
BTTS - Yes has landed in 88 per cent (seven) of Sydney's eight ALM games this season including all three they have played at home. It's been a winner in their last six league contests, last failing to come through on October 27 when they lost 1-0 to Auckland.
Half (four) of Victory's eight ALM matches have finished with at least a goal on either side including two of their last three, the most recent of which - last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Melbourne City - was interim boss Arthur Diles' first game in charge.
BTTS - Yes in Parma vs Monza (14:00) @ 4/7
Moving over to Italy in the afternoon, Parma and Monza meet at the Stadio Ennio Tardini, where the goals have been flowing this season. 31 goals have been scored in nine Serie A matches played there in 2024/25, averaging 3.4 per game, and both teams to score has landed in 89 per cent of those contests.
Parma top the Serie A BTTS home table and are also well out in front overall with 82 per cent (14) of their 17 league games this season ending with at least a goal on either side. They lost 5-0 at AS Roma last time out but before that thrashing in the Italian capital had played five straight matches in which both teams had found the net.
Monza have experienced their fair share of goalscoring contests, too, with both teams scoring in 59 per cent (10) of their 17 league games, behind only Parma and Lazio (65 per cent). Half (four) of their eight away trips have seen the selection of BTTS - Yes land including their last one, a 2-1 defeat at Lecce on December 15.
Both teams to score has landed in five of their last six matches and considering they are up against the leaders of that particular table, backing Parma and Monza to strike on Saturday feels like the obvious play.
BTTS - Yes in Estoril vs Moreirense (18:00) @ 1/1
A much riskier pick, as shown in the odds, is for both teams to score in the Portuguese Primeira Liga fixture between Estoril and Moreirense at the Estadio Antonio Coimbra da Mota. Moreirense top the BTTS table with both teams scoring in 60 per cent (nine) of their 15 league contests this season - 63 per cent away from home - but it's much less common for Estoril, who have only seen the selection land in 33 per cent (five) of their 15 games.
However, the number rises slightly to 38 per cent at home, while both teams scored in the two head-to-heads between these sides last season. Moreirense won both matches, winning 3-1 at Saturday's venue on January 13 before claiming a 2-1 success at the Parque Joaquim de Almeida Freitas on May 18.
It's a longer shot, but considering last season's results, provides a nice little boost to the odds, and given the scant selection on offer, it's a risk I'm willing to take.
BTTS - Yes in Lazio vs Atalanta (19:45) @ 8/13
We end things at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome where two top sides, Lazio and Atalanta, will battle it out.
Heading into the weekend, Atalanta lead the Serie A table after a brilliant start to the campaign, picking up 40 points from their first 17 games. Fourth-placed Lazio aren't too far behind, though, and can move to within three points of La Dea with a victory on home soil this weekend.
I'm struggling to pick a winner in the match result market, but I'm more willing to back both teams to score. BTTS - Yes has landed in 59 per cent (10) of Atalanta's 17 league matches and 65 per cent (11) of Lazio's, putting the former joint third and the latter outright second in the Serie A BTTS table.
Furthermore, both teams found the net home and away against each other last season with Lazio winning 3-2 in Rome (October 2023) before losing 3-1 in Bergamo on February 4.
We should be in for another exhilarating ride on Saturday, when I expect both sides to get on the scoresheet.
