Bristol City's form in the Championship has dropped off in recent weeks and they could be set for another frustrating afternoon when Swansea City visit on Sunday (12:30).

The Robins have lost four in a row, most recently going down 3-2 at Ipswich, and seem to be stumbling towards the end of another underwhelming season. It has been a similar story for a streaky Swans side, but they are currently on a run of three without defeat and could seal another victory at Ashton Gate.

  • #PickYourPunt - Taylor Gardner-Hickman and Josh Tymon both to be booked @ 7/2

Match Odds

Bristol City are 11/8 to win, with the draw available at 21/10, while an away victory can be backed at 2/1.

A 'no' in both teams to score has landed in four of the Robins' last five home games and is available at EVS.

The pair's last two meetings at Ashton Gate have finished 1-1 and a repeat of that scoreline is priced at 11/2.

Team News

Bristol City's Scott Twine (quad), Matty James (Achilles) and Kal Naismith (hamstring) are all close to returning from injury, although there are doubts over whether they will be fit enough to feature on Sunday.

George Tanner could also miss out again due to a knee problem, while boss Liam Manning has mentioned that he might tweak his approach to include both Nahki Wells and Tommy Conway in the attack.

Former Robins midfielder Liam Walsh (calf) and Josh Ginnelly (Achilles) miss out for Swansea, with visiting coach Luke Williams saying he has no fresh injury issues.

Swansea to win @ 2/1

Both sides have struggled with consistency this season. They have been both brilliant and bad in equal measures, but the Swans are enjoying an upturn in form and can grab a victory.

Their hosts have lost their last four outings and won just one of six at Ashton Gate, failing to score in four of those games. Williams' visitors are unbeaten in three, defeating both Sunderland and Blackburn 2-1 before drawing 1-1 at Watford in midweek.

The Swans are a point behind their opponents in the table but can leapfrog them with a victory on Sunday.

It might not quite be seen as a derby, but Sunday's game could still be fiery and there are card candidates on both sides.

The Robins' Taylor Gardner-Hickman has seen his loan from West Brom made permanent and he has been committed to the cause since his initial arrival at Ashton Gate in August. He has received nine yellows, including two in his last three games.

Not to be outdone, Swansea's Josh Tymon has been cautioned in four of his last five outings to take his tally for the campaign to eight and the pair's disciplinary issues could see them combine for a handy #PickYourPunt bundle.
