Brentford vs Nottingham Forest Prediction: Another goal-fest at the Gtech

Brentford welcome Nottingham Forest to the Gtech Community Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday (15:00), hoping to keep up their good form on home soil. The Bees have won seven of their eight games here this season and are yet to beaten.
Forest will hope to be the first side to defeat them in their own backyard, and they will be jubilant after their late victory over Aston Villa last weekend. Below you will find my Brentford vs Nottingham Forest prediction, accompanied by the latest match odds and team news.
Brentford vs Nottingham Forest Betting Tips
Brentford vs Nottingham Forest Odds
Brentford are 13/10, which has an implied probability of 43.5%, to win this match. Nottingham Forest are valued at 21/10 (32.3%) to come away with the three points, and the Tricky Trees have won four of their eight fixtures on the road this term.
The draw, which has landed just once at the Gtech this season, is available at 5/2 (28.6%).
Every one of Brentford's home games has seen both teams get on the scoresheet, and BTTS is marketed at 4/7 for Saturday.
Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo has scored 10 goals in the top flight so far, and he has netted eight of them at the Gtech. The Cameroon international is 21/10 to find the back of the net at any stage during this match.
Team News
The Bees were hit with two more injury concerns in their Carabao Cup defeat at Newcastle United in midweek as Ethan Pinnock was subbed off inside the opening 15 minutes a hamstring issue, while Sepp van den Bergh was absent from the squad entirely with a groin problem.
Gustavo Nunes (back), Mathias Jensen (thigh) Josh Dasilva (knee), Rico Henry (ACL) and Aaron Hickey (hamstring) are the other Brentford stars confined to the infirmary, and all are not expected back until some point in the new year.
Forward Igor Thiago was not in the squad at St James' Park but boss Thomas Frank confirmed that the player had been in training ahead of the cup tie, so it is likely we will see him included in the squad at the weekend. He may even return to starting lineup to lead the line, supported by Mbeumo on his right and Yoane Wissa on his left.
Nottingham Forest have two possible concerns for this match as defender Murillo picked up a knock against Aston Villa and midfielder Ryan Yates was seen limping at the end of the game. Only Danilo (ankle) and Ibrahim Sangare (hamstring) are confirmed absentees for the trip to west London.
Nuno Espirito Santo will be able to call upon full-back Alex Moreno for this one after he was ineligible to face his parent club last week, so he will be feeling fresh ahead of this match.
After being the match-winner in that game, Anthony Elanga could be rewarded with a start, potentially at the expense of Jota Silva. Callum Hudson-Odoi and Morgan Gibbs-White are expected to keep their places in support of front man Chris Wood.
Brentford and both teams to score @ 3/1
This selection is fairly straightforward as both teams have scored in all seven of Brentford's wins at the Gtech this season. They are such a force to be reckoned with on home soil, which is very different to how they are on their travels. The Bees are yet to win an away fixture in the top flight.
Forest will be buoyed by last week's victory but they know just how tough this game is going to be in west London. Brentford have already taken down Newcastle United here in a gripping 4-2 showcase a few weeks ago, so there can be no room for errors here.
Brentford have scored 26 goals here, which equates to 81 per cent of their total for the season. They are much more free-flowing at the Gtech and this factor seems to unlock the best out of the attacking players.
Mbeumo and Wissa have been having a lot of joy in front of goal this term, with the latter providing nine goals himself. But there have been others who have been getting in on the action as well, such as Kevin Schade (four), Mikkel Damsgaard and defender Nathan Collins (both two).
The Bees are a different entity in their own stadium and it makes it so tough for the opposition to come here and leave with anything. Forest may well score because Brentford can be prone to errors but they'll back themselves to outscore opponents here every single time.

Over 3.5 goals @ 7/4
This is another enticing market because when games are held at the Gtech, goals are to be expected. Six of the eight games played here have seen at least four goals scored.
The last five results have seen them beat Newcastle 4-2, Leicester City 4-1, AFC Bournemouth 3-2, Ipswich Town 4-3 and Wolverhampton Wanderers 5-3. If you want entertainment, this is the ground to come to.
When high-scoring affairs are to be expected in TW8, I think 7/4 is too good a price to ignore for over 3.5 goals this Saturday.
