Arsenal vs Bournemouth Prediction: Another draw for the Cherries

Arsenal were left disappointed as they fell to a 1-0 defeat against Paris Saint-Germain at the Emirates on Tuesday in the first leg of their Uefa Champions League semi-final, but the Gunners have the chance to improve for their trip to Paris. They host AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday (17:30, Sky Sports Main Event).
The Cherries head to north London with just one win in their last 10 matches in the top flight, which has hindered their chances of securing European football for next season. Read on for my Arsenal vs Bournemouth predictions, accompanied by the latest team news and match odds.

Team News
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will have Thomas Partey back refreshed after serving a suspension against PSG in midweek. The midfielder could be restored to the team on Saturday, potentially at the expense of Mikel Merino.
Kai Havertz and Gabriel Magalhaes (both hamstring), Takehiro Tomiyasu (knee), Gabriel Jesus (ACL) and Jorginho (chest) are all confined to the treatment room.
Raheem Sterling started Arsenal's last Premier League match against Crystal Palace on April 23 and he could be handed another start on Saturday, while Ethan Nwaneri could be drafted in if Arteta wants his key attackers refreshed for their trip to Paris next Wednesday.
Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli are the obvious candidates to drop out, while Leandro Trossard has been utilised as a makeshift forward in recent weeks. This role has also been given to Merino, so the Spaniard could gain another chance up top if Arteta would like to give Trossard a rest.
Arsenal vs Bournemouth Stats
- Arsenal have won two of their last four PL games at home
- Leandro Trossard (ARS) has four goals in as many matches in the league
Bournemouth have been boosted by the news that striker Evanilson has had the red card he picked up against Manchester United on Sunday overturned, so he will be available for selection on Saturday.
He will keep his place up top as Bournmouth's only available forward, while he is expected to be joined by Antoine Semenyo, Justin Kluivert and Dango Ouattara in attack, although Marcus Tavernier and David Brooks will be eager to get a start.
Lewis Cook will be hoping to get a chance to impress in the midfield but Andoni Iraola seems settled with Alex Scott and Tyler Adams as his pairing at the moment.
Enes Unal (ACL), Luis Sinisterra (thigh) and Ryan Christie (groin) are out injured for the Cherries.
Arsenal have won two of their last four league games at the Emirates and they are 11/10 to come out on top on Saturday.
Their two latest PL clashes here have ended in a draw, which has also been the outcome in Bournemouth's previous two appearances in the top flight. The stalemate is available at 13/5, which has an implied probability of 27.8%.
Bournemouth are 5/2 to come away with the three points but they are without a win in their past four away trips in the league.
Both teams to score has been a winning selection in four of Arsenal's five latest outings in the PL and BTTS is marketed at 8/11 on this occasion.
Draw @ 13/5
Liverpool have been crowned as the Premier League champions so Arsenal are no longer having to fight on this front in the final weeks of the campaign. The Champions League is their top priority now, and that may take precedence over this clash with Bournemouth on Saturday.
Arsenal have experienced draws in their last two outings at the Emirates in the league, with the latest coming against Crystal Palace - in which the Gunners were ahead twice.
There won't be too many alterations to Arsenal's line-up and they have been a tough side to break down this term, so you'd still back them to get at least a point on home soil.
Bournemouth's form has dipped in recent months, with just one win in their previous 10 appearances in the league. They have been able to pick up three draws in their past four outings and I think we could see this trend continue at the weekend.

Leandro Trossard anytime goalscorer @ 11/5
Whether he starts or comes on for an appearance in the second-half, I am backing Trossard to have an impact against Bournemouth with a goal. The Belgian has been on a decent run of form in the Premier League, with four goals across his last four fixtures.
The attacker has struck in the Gunners' last two contests against Palace and Ipswich Town, so he comes into this match in fine form. His form also continued in the Champions League as he looked destined to score against PSG on Tuesday, only to be denied by an incredible save by Gianluigi Donnarumma.
