Club football is back on the box following a brief break in play for the international weekend. There’s plenty to hold fans’ interest with Saturday bringing eight games from the Premier League, including three live on TV. There’s another five from the Scottish Premiership as Rangers aim to return to the top of the table when hosting Hibs.

Betfred’s football writer, Frank Monkhouse, headed into the break on a great run of form and aims to pick up where he left off. Keep reading as he provides an anytime scorer treble which is currently available at 10/1. That’s enough to spark your Saturday to life.

Anytime Scorer Acca - Saturday, March 30

  • Nicolas Jackson to score anytime in Chelsea vs Burnley @ 11/10
  • Timo Werner to score anytime in Tottenham vs Luton @ 11/10
  • Fabio Silva to score anytime in Rangers vs Hibs @ 8/5

Treble pays £114.66 for a £10 stake

Nicolas Jackson to score anytime

We open our anytime scorer treble at Stamford Bridge where Chelsea host Burnley stuck in the bottom half of the division, as close to the relegation zone as they are the top-four. The Blues must finish strongly if they are to battle their way into the prize places, but take confidence from a four-game unbeaten run, winning two and drawing the others.

Chelsea need their big-name players to start firing consistently and in Nicolas Jackson they have a man capable of scoring important goals. Jackson arrives for Saturday’s game versus Burnley having scored in each of his last two Premier League starts, including the opener against Newcastle United in a 3-2 win earlier this month. He also scored when Chelsea beat Burnley 4-1 at Turf Moor earlier in the season.

Timo Werner to score anytime

Tottenham Hotspur hosts Luton Town in a game Ange Postecoglou’s men must win to enhance their chances of breaking into the top-four and securing UEFA Champions League football for next season. The Londoners start the weekend in fifth, three points behind Aston Villa with a game in hand. We’re all set for a grandstand finish to the season at Tottenham’s impressive stadium.

The home line-up is packed with stars but there’s few better than German forward Timo Werner, currently in the capital in loan from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig. The 28-year-old is settling into life in England and has scored two goals in his last three league starts. He found the net against Crystal Palace in a 3-1 home win and again in a 4-0 victory at Villa Park. Stick with the German cap on a big year for his national side and back him to get amongst the goals again here.

Fabio Silva to score anytime

We wrap up the treble at Ibrox where Rangers have the chance to return to the top of the Scottish Premiership when hosting Hibs. Games involving these teams are always fierce encounters and with Rangers losing their last home game against Motherwell and then going down to Benfica at this venue in the Europa League, the Hibees want to pile on the misery. That’s when the atmosphere will play a crucial part in helping drive Rangers to victory, transferring the pressure on to Celtic who play Livingston on Sunday.

Fabio Silva has settled into the Rangers attack well since arriving from Wolves on loan until the end of the season. Although he’s not yet looking Premier League quality, he’s growing sharper and fitter with each game in Scotland. Silva’s last goal came against Hibs at Easter Road in the Scottish Cup and he was also on target in a 5-0 home win for Gers over Hearts earlier last month. He’s picked to do backers a turn here.
