Tavernier to score anytime

We open the show in Glasgow with a fascinating Old Firm Derby. Just three points separate the teams ahead of this game, and the winner on Saturday is likely to lift the Premiership title. Rangers have it all to do with no away fans inside the stadium and will need their most experienced players to deliver a brave and match-winning performance.

Club captain James Tavernier is Rangers’ top scorer this season with 20 goals, and the Englishman is also UK football’s highest-scoring defender. He has found the net in each of his last two games against the Bhoys, including a stunning free-kick here late last year. If there were ever a time for the captain to score, it would be Saturday, and we’re backing him for a goal at attractive odds.

Alvarez to score anytime

Moving south, we switch our focus to Craven Cottage, where Fulham host title-chasing Manchester City. Pep Guardiola’s crew are involved in a title race with Arsenal, who will push hard to the finish line. Which team will hold their nerve and deliver the title? City faces a potential banana skin in London but arrives in high spirits following an extended winning stretch. They’re favourites to bag another three points in the early afternoon start.

We backed Julian Alvarez to score last weekend, and he delivered the goods when he got his team’s fifth in a stunning 5-1 home win over Wolverhampton Wanderers. Let’s stick with the talented attacker and back him to net a third goal in four games. Man City beat Fulham 5-1 last time with Alvarez on the scoresheet, and we’d love more of the same here.

Jackson to score anytime

We wrap things up with another highlight from the Premier League as Nottingham Forest host Chelsea in a game you can follow live on television from 5:30pm. The Tricky Trees are living dangerously and started the weekend one place and three points better than the relegation zone. Opponents Chelsea have lost only one of their last six and boast a three-game unbeaten run.

Forest beat Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge in the summer and aims to do the double, but we expect the Blues to gain revenge with an away win. Nicolas Jackson scored two as his employers hammered West Ham 5-0 last weekend, taking his recent tally to three goals in two games. He’ll get chances to build on that again on Saturday evening, and we’re happy to add Jackson to our anytime scorer treble.
