Saturday Football Accumulator Tips: Our 3-3-3 Cross-European Treble

The 3-3-3 column is picking up steam as they say with two winners in three weeks for our Cross-European Treble.
Let's see if Jamie can keep motoring as he dips into Serie A, La Liga and Ligue 1 this week with all three selections taking place on Saturday...

Last year, the 3-3-3 column returned a profit of 17 points, which means that if you’d backed every treble recommended over the course of the season for level £10 stakes, you’d be up by £170.
That’s one of the better returns you’ll see in the tipping business and speaking of returns, Jamie Pacheco is returning again this year to do try to do it all over again, and maybe even improve on it.
Welcome to the 3-3-3 betting column. Why is it called that? Glad you asked. It’s not a formation to play when you’ve had a man sent off but rather:
3 - The number of different selections making up the acca.
3 - The number of different (non-English) European Leagues the selections are taken from every week.
3 - The minimum odds (3/1) or 4.0 if you prefer, that the acca will come to it every week.
And it really is as simple as that. The selections can be from any betting markets, as long as they meet the criteria set out above. And to round things off, every week I’ll leave you with a cool (or at least I think so) bit of trivia involving one of the teams featured in the acca. Simples...
2025-26 season Current P and L: +4.09 pts
2024-25 season’s P and L: + 16.9
Another winning week for the column, the second one in three weeks, and we’re into good profit now. At the very least, the next four ‘entries’ will be free, but we want to build on our profits, of course.
We needed PSG to score twice and they got three, we needed unders in Sassuolo v Roma and it ended just 1-0 to Roma and finally, we needed both teams to score in Osasuna v Celta Vigo, and it ended 3-2 so that one was comfortable, too.
On we go, sticking to the same principles that got us to this stage in the first place.
- Udinese v Atalanta
- Saturday, November 1 14:00
- Back 'Yes' in Both Teams to Score
Two sides with very strong records for BTTS matches clash on Saturday lunchtime and we expect more of the same.
Atalanta have a 80% BTTS record this season at home and a 75% record away to go with figures of 68% and 31% last campaign.
Udinese is also 75% and 80%, respectively, on BTTS games this season, and nine of the last 12 have gone the way of BTTS between these two, going back to 2018, which included such scores as 7-1, 6-2, and (two) 3-2 wins for Atalanta. More of the same would do us just fine.
- PSG v Nice
- Saturday, November 1 16:00
- Back over 2.5 goals 4/11
PSG have had some slightly strange results of late including very narrow 2-0, 2-0 and 1-0 wins in their last three at home.
That goes somewhat against the grain because their normal tendency is for high-scoring matches, with 76% and 82% of their home and away matches last season going over 2.5 goals.
But Nice can certainly help our cause with a goal of their own. They had a 76% strike rate for ‘overs’ last season away from and tend to score one themselves most of the time. This season their four away games ended 1-2, 2-2, 4-1 and 3-1 so all of those would have been winners on ‘overs’.
So, we’re pretty confident we’ll get a Nice goal here but even if not, PSG are more than capable of getting three by themselves.
- Real Sociedad v Athletic Bilbao
- Saturday, November 1 17:30
- Back No in both teams to score 4/5
Our friends at Roma aren’t the only ones who enjoy low-scoring matches.
Last season at home just 31% of Sociedad’s matches saw goals at both ends and away from home, that BTTS win rate was even lower at 21%, proof that they really aren’t too fussed about games with goals. Remarkably, all of their last 10 matches of last season away from home failed to be BTTS matches.
Things haven’t been quite the same as last season so far, with three of their five home matches having goals at both ends, but that isn’t reason enough to put us off. Also, opponents Athletic Bilbao have only had one of their four away matches with goals at both ends so far. Athletic had almost exactly a 50%-win rate for BTTS away matches last season.
Both matches between these two last season had at least one clean sheet, and there have been four of the last five in total where there was no BTTS, so this one certainly has every chance of going that way, too.
Jamie’s Fun Fact
Nice haven’t had too many famous players in their ranks over the years, but they certainly had one between 2016 and 2019: a certain Mario Balotelli, with Nice one of the 13 teams he’s represented so far in his professional career, scoring 33 goals in just 61 games at the French club.
