Stockport (H) to beat Peterborough (12:30) @ 1/2

Stockport County know that three points on Saturday will confirm their spot in the League 1 play-offs, while there is still a chance for them to finish as high as third if results go their way. They will want a home leg at home second in those play-offs and they are favourites to beat Peterborough this weekend.

Posh have failed to win any of their last six and now sit 17th after a poor campaign. Stockport should get the job done on home soil.

Middlesbrough (H) to beat Watford to nil (12:30) @ 6/4

Middlesbrough finally ended their winless run with a 1-0 home success over Sheffield Wednesday in midweek and their fixture list has given them another kind game as they look to enter the play-offs with some momentum.

Watford have only managed to score twice in their last six matches and I expect them to lose convincingly this weekend. Boro to win to nil looks a decent price to add to our acca.

Tottenham (A) to beat Wolves (15:00) @ 7/10

I think Spurs will get out of trouble. Call me crazy if you want but Roberto De Zerbi’s men should have beaten Brighton and I think there is plenty of time left for them to accumulate the points they need to get over the line.

An away game at already-relegated Wolves is very kind indeed. They’ve lost their last two matches by scorelines of 3-0 and 4-0 and although they can now play with freedom, the quality just isn’t there. Spurs to win this one and kick on.

Norwich (H) to beat Swansea (15:00) @ 7/10

Norwich have been sensational since the turn of the year, picking up 43 points from 20 matches, with only Southampton picking up more points in the same time period. They have won their last two since losing at home to Ipswich, and they should be able to keep that up against a Swansea outfit that boasts the division’s top scorer in Zan Vipotnik.

Bristol Rovers (H) to beat Cambridge (15:00) @ 4/5

Bristol Rovers manager Steve Evans is set to join the fans behind the goal for the final 10 minutes of this game, and they should be celebrating if they can keep up their winning streak. The Gas have now won seven games in a row, or nine of their last 10, with only league leaders Bromley getting the better of them in the last few months.

Cambridge sit third and are strong, but they only won one of their last five and could slip out of the automatic promotion places.
