Real Madrid (H) to beat Juventus (20:00, TNT Sports 5) @ 1/2
Real Madrid have already beaten Juventus this year, securing a 1-0 victory in the last 16 of the 2025 Fifa Club World Cup on July 1, when Gonzalo Garcia was the match-winner at Hard Rock Stadium.
Los Blancos head into Wednesday's Champions League game at the Santiago Bernabeu in good form, having won their last three matches, scoring nine goals and conceding just once.
Juve, meanwhile, are winless in their last six contests, drawing five in a row before suffering a 2-0 defeat at Como on Sunday. The Old Lady haven't won either of their league phase games in the Uefa Champions League this season, drawing 4-4 at home with Borussia Dortmund and drawing 2-2 away to Villarreal.
Real Madrid have won their opening two fixtures in the competition, edging past Olympique Marseille 2-1 at home before thrashing Kairat Almaty 5-0 in Kazakhstan last time out.
At home, where they have won all five matches this term, I expect Xabi Alonso's side to dispatch their confidence-stricken Italian counterparts.
Both Teams To Score in Sporting CP vs Marseille (20:00, TNT Sports 7) @ 8/15
Elsewhere in the Champions League, Sporting host Marseille at the Estadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon.
Both teams have a win and loss to their name after two league phase games, and neither side has struggled for goals this season.
Sporting have scored in all 11 matches since losing the Portuguese Super Cup 1-0 to Benfica, and both teams have found the net in seven of their last nine.
Marseille, meanwhile, have struck in eight of their 10 contests in 2025/26, with BTTS-Yes landing four times so far.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
Middlesbrough (A) to beat Sheffield Wednesday (20:00, Sky Sports Main Event) @ 7/10
In the EFL Championship, last-placed Sheffield Wednesday entertain Middlesbrough (second) at Hillsborough Stadium.
Wednesday have failed to win any of their last four games (D2, L2), losing both this month at home to Coventry (0-5) and away to Charlton (2-1). Only Norwich (zero) have picked up fewer points at home than the Owls (one) in this season's second tier, and Henrik Pedersen's side now take on Boro, who have lost just once on their league travels (W2, D2).
Granted, Rob Edwards' charges are winless in their last three away games, but they couldn't really ask for a better opponent than Wednesday to end their recent poor run on the road.
Boro beat Ipswich Town 2-1 last Friday, and I'm backing them to record back-to-back wins on Wednesday.
Bahia (H) to beat Internacional (23:00) @ 4/5
The first of two games from Brazil sees Bahia host Internacional in Serie A.
Bahia are currently sixth, 11 points ahead of Internacional (14th), and only Palmeiras, Cruzeiro, Flamengo and Mirassol (all 35) have accrued more points at home in the league this season than Rogerio Ceni's side, who have played a match fewer than those four teams.
Internacional, meanwhile, have picked up just 11 points from 13 away games - only five clubs have claimed fewer points on their travels. Ramon Diaz's men have failed to win any of their last four away from Porto Alegre (D1, L3), and now take a trip to a side who have won their last three at home without conceding, so a home win looks like the obvious play here.
Over 57.5 Booking Points in Flamengo vs Racing Club (Thurs 01:30) @ 8/11
Elsewhere in Brazil, Flamengo clash with Argentine side Racing Club in the first leg of their Conmebol Copa Libertadores semi-final tie at the Maracana.
Brazil v Argentina is usually lively, whatever the circumstances, let alone a continental cup semi-final showdown.
The two teams met in the group stage of the competition in 2023, with 110 booking points awarded in a 1-1 draw in Argentina, although only 10 points were issued for one yellow card in the reverse fixture.
Flamengo played another Argentine club, Estudiantes, in the quarter-finals last month, and their home first leg saw eight yellows and one red given out, with 95 booking points recorded in total.
Meanwhile, Racing Club's quarter-final first leg, a 1-0 win at Velez Sarsfield, ended with seven yellows and one red (85 booking points).
