Aberdeen take to the Pittodrie pitch for the final time this season on Wednesday night (KO, 19:45) as they host already-relegated Livingston in the Scottish Premiership.

Aberdeen vs Livingston Betting Tips

  • Aberdeen to win & over 3.5 goals @ 11/4
  • Bojan Miovski to score two or more goals @ 5/1

Team News

Aberdeen appear to be at full strength again, with few - if any - changes expected to their starting XI after they thrashed Hibernian 4-0 at Easter Road on Sunday.

Bojan Miovski will lead the line again and will be flanked by Junior Hoilett and Jamie McGrath, while the likes of Duk and 16-year-old Fletcher Boyd, who scored on debut off the bench against Hibs, are likely to provide fresh legs towards the latter stages.

Livingston are still missing James Penrice due to a hip injury, while Andrew Shinnie is pushing for a recall to the starting XI after netting a stoppage-time winner in Saturday's 2-1 win over St Johnstone.

Aberdeen are 8/15 to triumph for a fourth consecutive game, giving the Dons an implied win probability of 65.2% on Wednesday, while Livingston are 5/1, or a 16.7% chance, to win for just the second time away from home in the Scottish Premiership.

The draw can be backed at 16/5, both teams to score at 4/5, and over 2.5 goals at 4/6.

Aberdeen to win & over 3.5 goals @ 11/4

The Dons have responded brilliantly to their Scottish Cup semi-final heartache at Hampden Park last month, when they drew 3-3 with Celtic after extra time before losing on penalties.

They've won without conceding in all three games since, seeing off Motherwell (H) and St Johnstone (A) 1-0 before hitting Hibs for four on Sunday.

Aberdeen are also unbeaten at Pittodrie since February 28, winning four out of five since a 2-0 defeat to St Johnstone, and couldn't pick a better opponent to face on Wednesday than Livingston.

David Martindale's side are rock-bottom of the league and have picked up just six points from 18 away games this season, losing their last four away from the Tony Macaroni Arena. They've won their last two at home, but there is no evidence that their form there can translate to their travels.

Livi have taken a few beatings along the way, particularly away from home over the last couple of months, losing 4-2 at Celtic, 3-0 at Hibernian, 4-2 at Hearts, and 4-1 at Motherwell.

There could be another high-scoring loss heading their way in midweek after Aberdeen warmed up for Wednesday with four goals in Edinburgh.

Both meetings between the sides in Livingstone ended goalless but the Dons beat Livi 2-1 at Pittodrie in December.

Aberdeen to beat Livingston & over 3.5 goals at 11-4

Bojan Miovski to score two or more goals @ 5/1

The 24-year-old struck both goals as his club side edged out Livi just before Christmas, and he will be hunting for more goals before the season ends.

Miovski already has 16 in this season's Scottish Premiership, the same total he managed during the 2023/24 campaign, but a couple of goals on Wednesday would give him a great chance of hitting the 20 mark against Ross County on Sunday.

The North Macedonia international has scored in three of his last four matches and will fancy his chances of boosting his tally against the division's worst side.

I expect Aberdeen to sweep Livi aside at Pittodrie, and Miovski could well find himself on the scoresheet more than once in what could be his farewell appearance there, with clubs sure to be circling after a couple of prolific campaigns in Scotland.
