South Africa quickly laid the ghosts of their shock defeat to the Netherlands to rest on Saturday as they hammered Cricket World Cup holders England by 229 runs.
Their Dutch debacle aside, the Proteas have looked genuine title contenders in their opening matches with a fearsome pace attack complemented by a batting unit in devastating form.
South Africa have already piled on a World Cup record 428-5 against Sri Lanka, as well as 311-7 and 399-7 in handsome wins over Australia and England.
Bangladesh are the latest side to try and shackle the Proteas, but it will be a tall order for the Tigers, who have only a win over Afghanistan to show for their efforts so far.

Proteas skipper Temba Bavuma could return after missing Saturday’s crushing win over England. It is uncertain who he would replace given that his replacement Reeza Hendricks scored a quickfire 85 against the reigning world champions on Saturday.
Bangladesh hope to have star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan back after he missed the defeat to India last time out with a niggle.

A blistering century from Heinrich Klaasen and Marco Jansen’s lower-order pyrotechnics overshadowed some other outstanding batting from South Africa against England.
Hendricks set the tone at the top of the order and Rassie van der Dussen and Aiden Markram built on the platform laid on by the opener.
Van der Dussen’s 60 from 61 balls wasn’t as destructive as the knocks of Klaasen or Jansen, but it was instrumental in turning over the strike and exacerbating England’s workload in the field in oppressive heat.
He was one of three South African centurions in their opening win over Sri Lanka and the reliable number three could lead the way with the bat against Bangladesh.

Giant all-rounder Jansen earned the plaudits for some lusty blows in the closing overs against England, but he could shine with the ball on Tuesday.
Left-arm paceman Jansen has taken two wickets in each of South Africa’s four games at the World Cup, but may fancy his chances of bettering that tally against Bangladesh.
The Tigers’ top-order batters have struggled against left-armers at the tournament already, with England’s Reece Topley taking four wickets against them and Trent Boult of New Zealand claiming two victims.
