The Royals’ opening pair of Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Yashasvi Jaiswal look like the future of Indian cricket and could be crucial to proceedings in this clash, particularly as they are likely to face India’s top bowler Jasprit Bumrah.

The Royals have won two of the last three head-to-heads, and their bowling attack has looked in better nick than the Mumbai Indians so far this season.

The visitors have only taken seven wickets in their two games, with star man Bumrah failing to take a scalp at all.
