Tennis Betting Tips: Big names in action on Day 2

Just one pick from yesterday's trio managed to land, but there's plenty more action on the way from SW19 on Tuesday.

Set Betting - Ugo Humbert to win 3-2 (vs Zizou Bergs) @ 9/2

These two met in the final of Eastbourne on Sunday, with Zizou Bergs eventually winning in three sets and lifting his first ATP title.

Ugo Humbert gets a quickfire opportunity here to exact revenge for that defeat by stopping Bergs from reaching the second round of Wimbledon - something he's never achieved.

Bergs will take confidence from Sunday's win, but Humbert has been to the fourth round at SW19 on two occasions, so I'm going to back the Frenchman to win in five sets here.

Price Boost - Alexander Zverev to win 3-0 (vs Alexander Blockx) @ 5/6 EVS

I'm expecting Zverev to make a deep run at this year's Wimbledon, now that he's got that maiden Slam under his belt, after winning the French Open earlier this month.

The German has faced Alexander Blockx twice during 2026, and the 29-year-old has dispatched the young Belgian in straight sets on both occasions, on the clay courts of Madrid and Rome.

Blockx best tennis has come on clay, beating several top-30 opponents, but this marks his first appearance at Wimbledon, and his record on grass leaves a lot to be desired, which is why this Price Boost appeals.

There's a reason Zverev is such a heavy favourite for this match and to get EVS for the German to win in straight sets is cracking value, for me.

Match Betting - Serena Williams to beat Maya Joint @ 11/10

The return of the G.O.A.T - Serena Williams makes her first Wimbledon appearance since 2022 on Tuesday, and I'm backing here to return with a win.

Maya Joint is ranked 53 in the world, and is 24 years Williams' junior, but the American looked sharp in the two doubles matches she played this month, though it’s unclear how she’ll perform in her first singles match in four years.

Logic dictates that Joint should beat Williams with youth on her side, but the Wimbledon crowd will be roaring behind Serena, and Joint's 3-15 record for the calendar year doesn't make for inspired reading.

Let's back Serena to return to SW19 with a bang.
