1 pt 18:59 Dunstall Park – Classy Gorey (T1) @ SP
Three from Dunstall Park this evening on a competitive card featuring twelve races at the Wolverhampton venue. At 18:59 look out for well-drawn railer CLASSY GOREY, who lines up from T1.
The Shirley Aveline-trained May 2021 son of Slippy Cain is in the veteran stages of his career, but he's holding his form well with plenty of wins and placed efforts this calendar year.
Today, in a race lacking early pace, Classy Gorey has a chance to hold the rails. If that happens, he will prove hard to beat because he stays this trip strong and has form over six-bends.
Mickys Choice (T3) would be a danger to all if he brought his trapping boots this evening. Gripper Dan (T6) was A5 grade at the turn of the year and has slipped through the grades in recent weeks. Dan will be staying on well and could be worth including in forecast bets.

1 pt 20:07 Dunstall Park – Swift Hunt (T4) @ SP
The D3 graded sprint at 20:07 looks ultra-competitive with plenty in with chances. In recent weeks, former Swindon-based performer SWIFT HUNT has finished fourth three times on the bounce, but that doesn’t tell the whole story.
The July 2023 daughter of Burgess Bucks has started as the race favourite in two of her last three and has attempted to lead round or turn with the pace but has had a bump at the first bend.
Today, if Swift Hunt pops out in best fashion, she can lead round and make all to record her second success at the track and first in D3 company. Kerryland King (T6) is three from nine in the grade and rates as the main danger from T6.
The February 2024 son of Tree Top Henry is smart when he gets it right but often runs wides at the first bend and that could hamper his chances again this evening.

1 pt 20:24 Dunstall Park – Mercia Stiorra (T1) @ SP
The third and final selection from Dunstall Park this evening is well-drawn railer MERCIA STIORRA who runs from T1 in the A8 graded race at 20:24. The Kate Harrison-trained daughter of Malachi often pops out of the boxes and then struggles to hold her pitch before staying on well off the final bend.
This evening, in a race featuring three inexperienced rivals, Mercia Stiorra could find herself on the tail of the leaders down the back straight and, if that happens, it's race on. October 2024 youngster Klassical Emily (T3) would be a danger to all with a ping break.
She’s shown plenty of pace in her two races and will prove to be above this grade in time. Ballymac Arbac (T6) is often there or thereabouts at the finish and could be worth including in forecast bets.
