Viktor Gyokeres - Arsenal vs Bournemouth

Arsenal are nine points clear at the top of the Premier League table with seven games left to play. Manchester City do have a game in hand but this does look like a big deficit to overcome in the final month of the campaign.

It will take some capitulation from Arsenal to let the title slip from them at this stage. The Gunners are in action at the Emirates this weekend as they host AFC Bournemouth. After scraping their way past Sporting CP in the first leg of their Uefa Champions League quarter-final tie, Arsenal will be hoping for more impetus against the Cherries.

One man they will be looking to for inspiration is Viktor Gyokeres. The Swedish striker was a big investment by the London club last summer in a bid to help them win their first league title in 22 years.

Gyokeres has contributed 17 goals in all competitions, but I think it won't be until next season that we see the best he has to offer in an Arsenal shirt. Eleven of his goals have come in the Premier League, and he has three goals across his past three home appearances in the top flight.

Pelle Mattsson - Norwich vs Ipswich

Pelle Mattsson has been a man possessed over the last few weeks for Norwich City. The Danish midfielder hadn't scored a single goal for the Canaries this season until March 21, and now he has three, scoring in consecutive games against Charlton Athletic, Portsmouth and Millwall in the Championship.

He should be brimming with confidence ahead of Norwich's tussle with bitter rivals Ipswich Town at Carrow Road on Saturday. Mattsson is in excellent form and I predict his scoring streak will continue here.

Lorent Tolaj - Plymouth vs Exeter

Another derby on offer in the EFL comes from League 1 as Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City collide at Home Park. The hosts are two points outside the play-offs with five matches remaining, and this isn't something many would have expected after their slow start to the season.

Striker Lorent Tolaj has played an important role for Plymouth this campaign, contributing 15 goals in 28 appearances. After a muscle tear that kept him on the sidelines for several weeks, the former Port Vale man got himself back on the scoresheet last time out against Barnsley, while also registering an assist in that game.

This is a huge game for Plymouth considering teams around them still have games in hand, so I am expecting Tolaj to do his part to help turn their play-off dream into a reality.
