Team News
Rennes' preparations for Friday's match took a turn at the start of the week following the dismissal of Habib Beye, who now looks set to take the reins at Olympique Marseille.
Franck Haisse looks likely to be named as Beye's replacement, although it's the interim staff of Sebastien Tambouret, Pierre-Alexandre Lelievre and Maxime Le Marchand who will take charge against PSG.
Liverpool-bound defender Jeremy Jaquet, who was sent off in December's reverse fixture against PSG, is likely to miss the remainder of the season with a shoulder injury sustained in last weekend's defeat at Lens.
Przemysław Frankowski, Glen Kamara, Abdelhamid Ait Boudlal and Djaoui Cisse (all unspecified) could be sidelined, too.
As for PSG, Fabian Ruiz (knee), Senny Mayulu (calf) and Quentin Ndjantou (muscle) miss out with injuries.
Achraf Hakimi is free to return for Luis Enrique's side after serving a suspension last time out.

Rennes vs PSG Stats
- REN have lost two of their last three games by 3+ goals
- PSG won December's reverse fixture 5-0
- Barcola (PSG) has four goals in six apps v REN
Handicap -2 - PSG -2 @ 5/2
PSG entered February with just two regulation-time wins in their last six games (D2, L2), but they've started this month in fine fettle, winning 2-1 at RC Strasbourg, despite going down to 10 men in the 75th minute with the score at 1-1, before battering Marseille 5-1 in Le Classique, a result that signalled the end of Roberto De Zerbi's tenure at the Stade Velodrome.
Rennes, meanwhile, are on a run of four consecutive defeats, the first three of which they failed to score in.
A 2-0 home reverse to FC Lorient was followed by back-to-back away defeats at AS Monaco (4-0) and Marseille (3-0) before another trip on the road, this time to Lens, resulted in a 3-1 loss. despite their hosts having a man sent off in the 56th minute.
Rennes have lost by three goals or more on four occasions this season, and the second of those losses was inflicted by PSG, who won December's reverse fixture 5-0 at the Parc des Princes.
Last season's corresponding fixture saw PSG win 4-1, too, so there is bound to be some nervousness in the home stands on Friday.
A big win for the reigning French and European champions, I think.

Anytime Goalscorer - Bradley Barcola (PSG) @ 23/20
PSG winger Bradley Barcola seems to enjoy playing against Rennes, having scored four goals in six career appearances versus Les Rouge et Noirs.
The 23-year-old notched in his only outing for Olympique Lyonnais against Rennes in September 2023, and he scored home and away for PSG in 2024/25, bagging a brace at the Parc des Princes in September 2024 and grabbing one in the reverse fixture at Roazhon Park in March 2025.
Barcola, who scored 14 goals in 34 Ligue 1 appearances last season, is on seven in 18 games this term, and has struck in two of his side's last four league matches.
