Wrexham (H) to beat Ipswich @ 12/5 

We’ve got FA Cup action coming our way on Friday night as an all-Championship clash takes place in north Wales. Wrexham knocked out Nottingham Forest in the last round and another home tie for them looks perfect as they try and make their mark on this competition again. 

Ipswich are a superior side to them on paper, however, and the Tractor Boys have a title race in the Championship to focus on, and a busy schedule already lies ahead of them due to postponements. I think Kieran McKenna will certainly rotate here, while Wrexham should be going all out for the win at a big price. 

AC Milan (A) to beat Pisa @ 1/2

AC Milan are heavy favourites to win this away game, and understandably so. They sit second, with a game in hand on rivals Inter Milan, and will be desperate to close the eight-point gap that has emerged between them. Inter have taken control of the title race after a run of wins, but Milan are unbeaten in their last 22 games in Serie A, having only lost once this term - to Cremonese in August. 

They are drawing too many games right now, but should get three points against a Pisa outfit that sit second-bottom and have only won once all season. 

Borussia Dortmund (H) to beat Mainz @ 8/15

Borussia Dortmund sit second in the Bundesliga, six points behind Bayern Munich, and that gap has closed recently as Bayern lost their first game of the season to Augsburg and followed it up with a draw at Hamburg.

The two teams still have to play each other, so this title race is far from over, although BVB need to make sure they keep their unbeaten home record intact. Eight wins and two draws so far is impressive, and they should be able to get past a Mainz side who sit 14th but could be dangerous, as they have won four of their last five. 

Benfica (A) to beat Santa Clara @ 4/9 

Jose Mourinho is currently leading Benfica on an unbeaten league campaign, but 14 wins and seven draws have them sitting third, seven points behind Porto. However, the league leaders have only picked up one point from their last two games and so this three-way title race could be well and truly on. 

They also have a Champions League tie to look forward to as they hope to get the better of Real Madrid again after that dramatic 4-2 win on the final day of the league phase, and they should beat a Santa Clara side here, who have lost their last four and sit on the edge of the drop zone.

PSG (A) to beat Rennes @ 2/5

Ligue 1 leaders PSG are in action on Friday night and I’ll back them to get another win here, as they look pretty unstoppable domestically right now. They’ve overhauled Lens at the top of the table with seven wins in a row and Luis Enrique’s men are looking superb right now. 

Rennes meanwhile have lost their last three and slipped down to sixth after a promising start to the campaign. This should be more success for Ousmane Dembele & Co.
