Arsenal will be looking to cap off an incredible league phase campaign in the Uefa Champions League when they host Kairat at the Emirates on Wednesday (20:00 GMT, TNT Sports 7). The Gunners have won all seven of their fixtures so far sit atop of the table.

Team News

Riccardo Calafiori (muscle) and Max Dowman (ankle) are Arsenal's only injury concerns but the latter was replaced by Gabriel Jesus in the Gunners' UCL squad.

While Mikel Arteta will look to finish the league phase with a win, there are likely to be a lot of changes to his XI after his side's winless run in the Premier League extended to three matches on Sunday with a 3-2 home defeat against Manchester United.

Kepa Arrizabalaga, Cristhian Mosquera, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Christian Norgaard and Eberechi Eze will be pushing to start this clash, while key personnel may be given what may be deemed as some much-needed rest ahead of a tough trip to Leeds United on Saturday.

Kairat are likely to be without the services of Dastan Satpaev due to an unspecified injury, while Lucas Africo, Jaakko Oksanen and Sebastian Zeballos are ineligible to feature as the new additions are not registered in the visitors' European squad list.

I've gone a bit creative in finding value in an Arsenal win and have gone for a correct score of 4-0 to the Gunners. This is a game between top and bottom in the Champions League so there is a huge gulf in quality on paper that should translate onto the pitch.

The Gunners may make a lot of changes to their side but they still have a lot of quality in reserve with Eze, Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus potentially coming into the XI.

Kairat have known their UCL journey is ending for a while and I don't think they will be particularly motivated for this clash. Arsenal are in need of some motivation as they have been faltering in the Premier League.

Arteta's tactics came under fire following the Manchester United defeat so the attacking players may be given free licence on Wednesday.

The home side are already familiar with a 4-0 triumph in the league phase, having won by this scoreline against Atletico Madrid back in October.
