Birmingham City (A) to beat Sheffield Wednesday (19:45) @ 1/2

Let’s start with a straightforward one in the Championship. Birmingham might be dreadful away from home, but Sheffield Wednesday are the worst Championship team we have ever seen. Left up the creek without a paddle by former owner Dejphon Chansiri, the squad is nowhere near Championship standard and they look to be getting worse.

Birmingham have not been as good as we expected this season, but they will go to Wednesday and should wipe the floor with them. Easy away win.

Ipswich Town (H) to beat Bristol City (19:45) @ 8/13

Ipswich sit top of the Championship form table having won five of their last six in all competitions and Kieran McKenna’s men look to have found their groove. They are averaging two points per game over the last few months and look set to find their way into the top two before the season ends.

I think their squad is remarkable for the level, and while Gerhard Struber’s Bristol City are a decent outfit, they haven’t scored in their last two league games. Ipswich should keep up their fine form at Portman Road.

Swansea City (H) to beat Blackburn Rovers @ 21/20

Swansea have looked really good at home under Vitor Matos, winning four and drawing one of his five Championship games in South Wales. Swansea drew 1-1 with Birmingham last time out and will certainly fancy their chances against an out-of-form Blackburn Rovers outfit.

Rovers are winless in five in the league and have failed to score in four of those, so I’m predicting a home win to nil in this one.

Napoli (A) to beat FC Copenhagen (20:00) @ 1/1

To the Champions League now and Italian giants Napoli and Copenhagen are set to do battle in a crucial group phase encounter. Napoli sit 23rd with seven points, while Copenhagen are 24th, on the same number of points.

Given 25th and below are eliminated after eight matches, this one takes on extra significance in the penultimate round of the group phase. Napoli sit third in Serie A and are unbeaten in 2026, although they have drawn three out of their last five. Copenhagen are returning from their winter break with this match, but they have won their last two in this competition, including impressively beating Villarreal away from home. However, all things considered, I’d side with Napoli to get the job done.

Borussia Dortmund (A) to beat Tottenham Hotspur (20:00) @ 6/4

The final call for Thomas Frank? Tottenham are in dreadful form right now, having lost their last three on the bounce. The home defeat to West Ham felt like a hammer blow, and now they’ve won just once since December 9.

Borussia Dortmund sit second in the Bundesliga having lost just once in the league, and 10th in the Champions League table, with Spurs just one place behind them. I really fancy Dortmund to win this one given the feeling around Spurs right now.
