The Citizens have won four of their six matches in the league phase so far, while the hosts are still seeking their first victory. Below you will find my Bodo/Glimt vs Manchester City predictions, featuring the latest match odds and team news.

Team News

Jostein Gundersen will serve the final match of his three-game suspension for Bodo/Glimt, following his dismissal against Moncao in November.

Haitam Aleesami is ruled out with a hamstring injury, so Odin Luras Bjortuft is set to link up with Villads Nielsen in central defence.

Attacker Jens Petter Hauge has three goals in six league phase appearances, and he will be hoping to have an impact in the final third on Tuesday.

Football Odds

City remain without the services of Mateo Kovacic (ankle), John Stone (thigh), Oscar Bobb (hamstring), Savinho (knock), Josko Gvardiol (shin) and Ruben Dias (muscle) due to injury. Phil Foden is also a doubt to start.

Bernardo Silva is suspended for this contest, while Matheus Nunes misses out due to illness. Antoine Semenyo cannot be added to City's European squad until the knockout stage.

Bodo/Glimt vs Manchester City Predicted Lineups

  • Bodo/Glimt: Haikin; Sjovold, Nielsen, Bjortuft, Bjorkan; Evjen, Berg, Fet; Blomberg, Hogh, Hauge
  • Manchester City: Donnarumma; Lewis, Khusanov, Alleyne, Ait-Nouri; Cherki, Reijnders, O'Reilly, Mukasa, Doku; Haaland

Today's Football Fixtures

Bodo/Glimt vs Manchester City Odds

The hosts are seeking their first win in the league phase and they will look to capitalise on City's defensive injuries. They are 15/2 to win here.

Three of their six fixtures have ended level, with the draw marketed at 9/2.

Man City are 1/3 favourites to claim victory here with four wins in six European matches.

With Bodo/Glimt scoring in all but one of their league phase matches, City and BTTS - Yes may appeal at 13/10, which has an implied probability of 43.5%.

Bodo/Glimt vs Manchester City Stats

  • Bodo/Glimt have scored first in two of their three home games in the league phase
  • Man City have conceded first in their past two UCL matches
  • Tijjani Reijnders (MCI) has three assists in Europe this season

Manchester City Win From Behind - Yes @ 11/2

City delivered one of their worst performances under Pep Guardiola at Old Trafford on Saturday, and it is concerning for their title prospects. Injuries are still an issue for them at the moment, but they will be looking to deliver a swift response in Norway as they look to continue their good form in Europe.

However, their hosts will be sensing an opportunity after seeing how City looked against Manchester United, and they may believe they can cause an upset here. I'm not convinced they can go all the way, but they can certainly make the Citizens nervous.

I predict that Bodo/Glimt will be the team that scores first in the match, which has been the case in two of their three league phase games to date. Interestingly, City have also conceded the first goal in each of their last two Champions League fixtures.

The visitors could start slowly due to a confidence deficiency from the weekend, but they still have a lot of quality within their ranks, so I would expect them to get better as the game goes on and come from behind to snatch the victory.

Player Assists A Goal - Tijjani Reijnders @ 10/3

Tijjani Reijnders will be one player hoping to return to the lineup in midweek to showcase his talents. The Dutchman has been effective in Europe for City this term with three assists in six appearances.

I think 10/3 offers good value for him to be the provider once again on Tuesday, especially when he is going to have the prolific Erling Haaland in front of him to aim for, as well as other willing runners in the form of Jeremy Doku and Rayan Cherki.

With Foden set to miss out on a starting place, Reijnders will be turned to for that creative spark through the middle. He has lived up to the billing in this competition so far, and I think he can add another assist to his name on Tuesday.
