Olivier Deman, Julian Malatini (both ankle), Samuel Mbangula, Max Wober (both thigh), Niklas Stark (hip) and former Bayern man Mitchell Weiser (knee) are all injured for the visitors, who could make changes to their starting XI following last Saturday’s 3-0 home defeat to Freiburg.

Bayern Munich vs Werder Bremen Odds
Bayern did the double over Werder last season, thrashing the Werderaner 5-0 in Bremen before winning 3-0 in Munich. Kompany's side are 1/12 to record their third successive victory in this head-to-head, while the visitors, who won 1-0 at the Allianz in January 2024 thanks to a 59th-minute strike from Weiser, are 22/1, or a 4.3% chance, to claim all three points on Friday.
The draw is priced at 10/1, both teams to score at 4/5, and BTTS-No, which has landed in the last four meetings, is backable at 1/1.
Betfred are offering several Price Boosts, including Bayern Munich to Win, Both Teams to Score & Harry Kane 3+ Goals at 15/2 (was 13/2). Kane has scored eight Bundesliga goals in four games this season, netting a hat-trick in last Saturday's win at Hoffenheim, and was on target in both matches last term, notching once in Bremen and twice in Munich.
Bayern Munich vs Werder Bremen Stats
- Bayern are yet to concede a Bundesliga home goal (6-0 v Leipzig, 5-0 v HSV)
- Werder lost 3-0 at home to Freiburg last week
- Bayern beat Werder 5-0 (A) and 3-0 (H) last season
- Werder (2.5) are averaging the fewest corners taken p/g in the Bundesliga
Price Boosts - Bayern Munich to Win to Nil @ 19/20 11/10
Bayern have claimed big wins in their first two Bundesliga home games this season, battering RB Leipzig 6-0 on August 22 before thrashing HSV 5-0 on September 13.
Kompany's side have now kept four consecutive clean sheets at the Allianz, going back to last season, last conceding a home goal in the league in a 2-2 draw with Borussia Dortmund on April 12.
Werder enjoyed success in Bavaria in the 2023/24 campaign, but suffered in both games against Bayern last season. They were thumped 5-0 in Bremen last September, failing to take a single shot, and only recorded a couple of efforts - none on target - in their February 3-0 defeat in Munich.
Friday's visitors beat Monchengladbach 4-0 in their last trip away from Bremen, but Bayern away is a totally different ball game, and a 3-0 home defeat to Freiburg hasn't warmed them up well.

Away Team Total Corners Over/Under +1.5 - Under 1.5 @ 11/8
Werder (2.5) are averaging the fewest corners taken per game in the Bundesliga this season, having recorded one, three, four and two against Eintracht Frankfurt, Bayer Leverkusen, Monchengladbach and Freiburg, respectively.
Bayern only conceded one corner in Bremen last season, and just two in the reverse fixture.
Kompany's side should dominate once again on Friday, making under 1.5 away team total corners an attractive option at 11/8.
