Team News
Leus du Plooy has taken over the Middlesex captaincy from Stephen Eskinazi, who is likely to open the batting with Ben Geddes. New Zealand legend Kane Williamson has had a solid campaign at number three and batter Max Holden and spinning all-rounder Joshua De Caires are pushing for recalls.
Surrey are missing the injured Ben Foakes and Laurie Evans, but their 14-man squad still includes nine England internationals. Australia leg-spinner Adam Zampa finished his T20 Blast stint on Sunday but could return for the knockout stages.
Surrey have dominated this fixture recently and they are 1/3 to claim a 10th victory in 11 T20 Blast games against 9/4 hosts Middlesex.
Kane Williamson has scored at least 23 runs in nine of his last 10 T20 Blast innings for Middlesex and the New Zealand star is 5/6 to make over 24.5 on Wednesday.
Will Jacks to be Surrey top batter @ 10/3
England all-rounder Will Jacks has played a central role in Surrey's dominance of Middlesex in the T20 Blast and he is well worth backing to top-score for the visitors at Lord's.
Middlesex are out of the running for a quarter-final place after Sunday's defeat to Kent, but Surrey, who thrashed South Group leaders Somerset by 67 runs at the weekend, are flying high.
Jacks smashed 57 off 37 balls in that victory, having also top-scored with 57 in Surrey's last away fixture against Gloucestershire.
He has produced some stunning Blast feats against Middlesex, cracking a 15-ball half-century at Lord's in 2021 and hitting five sixes in an over during his knock of 96 in 2023.
Jacks was player of the match in June's reverse fixture at The Oval, where he walloped 97 off 56 balls in a match in which no other batsman reached 30.

Ben Geddes under 17.5 runs @ 5/6
Middlesex batter Ben Geddes came through the ranks at Surrey before switching counties last winter but he had a disappointing return to The Oval last month.
Geddes was dismissed for a five-ball duck as the visitors slumped to a 75-run defeat and he faces a difficult test at the top of the order on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old scored 69 against Somerset at Taunton in June but his seven subsequent Blast innings were 10 not out, 12, nought, 13, one, 25 and 23.
Surrey's new-ball bowlers Reece Topley and Sam Curran shared five wickets in Sunday's win over in-form Somerset so backing Middlesex opener Geddes to make under 17.5 runs looks a solid bet at Lord's.
