Friday Greyhound Tips: Two selections to follow from Romford

19:11 Romford - Two Sterling (T1) @ SP

The final of this A7 kennel sweepstakes this evening and we have a plum draw to work from. We have good, early pace to make use of the draw and both the form and times to win this race easily as we are an improving pup, climbing the grades.

How I see the race being run:

T2 is very slow into stride and more noted as a stayer so we will easily lead this runner, although this runner will be closing off the last but we will be too far clear

T3 was favourite last week and slow to go, consistent on times and could get a run tonight with T2 being slow to stride, I still see us being too strong.

T4 won heat last week in a quick time for the grade and has good early pace, will be edging left on the run up as drawn and could come together with T3.

T5 out-graded in this since two-grade uplift, stayed on into second to qualify for this final but others will be quicker tonight.

T6 been out of form before last weeks win at a big price, I don't think in a clean run race will be quick enough to beat us on the inside.

20:36 Romford - Lilys Bullet (T2) @ SP

We have been crying out for a step up to eight bends as we stay on strongly over both four and six bends but tonight we can turn handier than usual and pull right away from the pack.

How I see this race being run:

T1 could set the race up for us leading on the inside, we can track this runner before overtaking him mid race, but with this one's early pace he can provide us a running lane to follow for the first few bends of this.

T3 more mid-to-wide this runner, over one second slower than us over six bends and will be an outsider tonight.

T4 first try over this trip for this S1 runner, unsure if will stay or not based on six-bend form but like above we are quicker.

T5 could surprise a few here at a price, not getting any younger but always runs a solid race and tonight will be no exception, could battle for early lead with T1 as drawn.

T6 didn't stay last week over same trip, looks the same tonight and to me no chance.

So to us in T1, we can turn 3rd behind T1 and T5 and close mid race, take over by fifth bend and pull right away, solid chance and my pick of the day.
